I normally chat with the potential guests with no trip or few review first before accept booking, to avoid problems

I normally answer questions from guest right away, I like to give confirm answer no later than 1 hour.
Onsite guest support
I am one phone call away if guests needs help after check-in.
Cleaning and maintenance
I have my own cleaning team and i do walk through before guest check-in to make sure the place is ready for them
