Full management of your listing (time billed)

Setting prices and availability

Rate management based on peak seasons & popular events in the area. Review based on occupancy.

Booking request management

Managing communication with guests and inquiries and/or approval of stay requests, etc.

Guest messaging

My goal is to respond to messages as quickly as possible. That said, usually 8am-10pm.

Onsite guest support

Communication with guests before, during, and after their stays (as needed).

Cleaning and maintenance

Coordination with the housekeeping team (spa team too) according to the rental schedule and needs.

Listing photography

Taking photos as needed to ensure a fair representation of the premises.

Interior design and styling

Suggestions for improvements or additions to meet guests' needs.

Licensing and hosting permits

Support for the CITQ certificate request (time charged ).

Additional services

Support for purchases and delivery of items necessary for rental operations (time is billed).
