I personally update the prices of the calendars and check the availability based on the period and the request.

I always respond quickly to bookings and booking requests. I always try to accept all requests

Guest messaging

I always respond to guests as soon as possible by accommodating each request or resolving an issue.

Onsite guest support

With every call for a problem like breakdowns, breakages, I mobilize immediately to try to solve it and offer help.

Listing photography

I personally take care of photo management and any retouching.

Licensing and hosting permits

If necessary, I also take care of the entire bureaucratic part both during the opening of the listing, but also afterwards.
