My services
Setting prices and availability
We have been in the Utah and Salt Lake County markets for 2 years across multiple Airbnbs and are familiar with pricing.
Booking request management
We have a solid process and record of responding to guest inquiries as soon as they come in.
Guest messaging
We are typically online anywhere between 8am and 10pm 7 days a week. Occasionally we take vacation, which we will plan for.
Onsite guest support
We have multiple people on our team, so we can handle requests fairly quickly within the two valleys.
Cleaning and maintenance
We have procured a set of cleaners and are expanding our base. We manage our cleaners through software we built to coordinate
Listing photography
We are available to take quality photos and will take at least three pictures per area, focusing on the best parts.
Interior design and styling
Our style focuses on simple and durable while still being inviting. At Home is our go to for great artwor affordably
