Listing setup
Creating a great copy and highlighting the positive aspects of the accommodation activities, transportation in the area
Setting prices and availability
Trying to maximize during peak season and maintaining an average during the other months.
Booking request management
The price of the accommodation helps to filter and select a certain target. I insert rules, such as the ban on parties.
Guest messaging
I try to respond as soon as possible and, above all, I am always available when I have clients in the facility.
Onsite guest support
Every time I send messages to remind them that I am available for any problems, I ask how they are doing.
Cleaning and maintenance
Excellent quality and products, the cleaning is managed by me or partly outsourced. Management of outdoor areas as well
Interior design and styling
I try to have fewer personal items, but I try to give the place an identity. Easy-to-clean and non-hazardous items
Licensing and hosting permits
Always up to date. I know the regulations for short rentals and I take care of the opening and management practices
Additional services
I always try to give an extra touch to make the guest feel at ease. Guides and information always available
Listing photography
I can take photos of the accommodation or request a professional photographer (at an extra cost)
