Listing setup
My husband is very good photographer and I understand how to best describe your property to get as many bookings as possible
Setting prices and availability
Calender management in order to offer the best service for both yourself and the guest to maximise occupancy
Booking request management
Making sure all guests have up to date profiles and at least 3 positive reviews from previous stays.
Guest messaging
I can respond to all messages within at least 30 minutes. I am up early and work late over the weekend
Onsite guest support
I will make sure all guests have my personal phone number in case of any emergency
Cleaning and maintenance
I have worked as a housekeeper and work in a restaurant and hotel where I also have to maintain high standards of cleaning
Listing photography
A clear representation of the space is crucial, whilst also capturing it in its best light (quite literally)
Interior design and styling
I have a good eye for detail and enjoy making spaces look inviting and comfortable
Licensing and hosting permits
Doing all due diligence prior to listing the property and contacting local council when appropriate
Additional services
I am a skilled gardener so can also tend to any outside space, I also have experience as a florist so can provide flowers
