Setting prices and availability

I have a pricing strategy based off market research that has been proven time and time again to increase profits/occupancy.

Booking request management

I prefer only guests with good reviews elsewhere. For others I have a vetting process to ensure they won’t be problematic.

Guest messaging

Will plug in premade messages into your listing. Will customize important info so guests are well informed in timely manner.

Onsite guest support

I will ensure guests enter property safely and without issues. I will verify the ETA of the guest and make myself available.

Cleaning and maintenance

I have cleaning team that follows my detailed cleaning checklist. Photos are taken before cleaner leaves.

Listing photography

I have a photographer who comes in and captures the experience for guests. Here’s a free tip: wedding photographers are best!

Interior design and styling

I have an interior designer on my team who works with me to ensure the space is inviting, unique, and functional.

Additional services

I will also provide a video walkthrough in 4K once the listing is fully staged and equipped with amenities.
