A very convenient and beautiful spot in Ladispoli! My daughter and I enjoyed the peace and quiet here after a long trip from the US. It was walkable, clean, and had every amenity we needed.

Beautiful house and super helpful host, unfortunately during our stay there was a problem with the water so there was no hot water available. we were offered a full refund with cancellation of the stay but we declined the offer wanting to spend the weekend there despite this small hitch, the stay was pleasant and if there was an opportunity I would gladly come back

We loved our stay at Serena's apartment. Very central walking distance to station for a day visit to Rome. 2 minutes to the main street for shopping/ cafes' / beach 5 minutes away. Photos were exactly what we found and the apartment was very clean and beds great to sleep in. Excellent accommodation nothing to fault. We will be back thanks so much Serena a real gem to find. And also probably the best communication we have had in our 3 weeks of travel in Europe airbnb.

In a condominium context, a beautiful apartment on the 7th floor with a sea view, 5 minutes from the beach, and 3 minutes from the main street. It is equipped with every comfort. La Terrazza di Viviana is a great reference for vacations or work commitments. Congratulations to Serena for the management. We'll definitely be back.

Serena was very accommodating at all times. On the day of departure, we were able to stay in the apartment until the late afternoon, as our flight didn't leave until the evening. The apartment was very lovingly decorated for Halloween. There was a mask and shower supplies. The kitchen was well equipped with all the daily necessities.
