Setting prices and availability
I have managed multiple spaces in different locations with different price sensitivities. Market and travel trend analysis
Booking request management
Conversation with guests on how many guests and why they picked the property to ensure they are a good fit.
Guest messaging
I answer as fast as possible cause that's how I like my hosts to respond. If different time zone, I let them know ahead.
Onsite guest support
Online communication, if things go wrong, ensure the responsible person on site helps out as soon as possible.
Cleaning and maintenance
Pick reliable cleaners with good reputation. Have a detailed check list for cleaners to go through.
Listing photography
I'm not a fan of retouching pics. Guest should get what they saw on pics. 2-3 pics per room to give the best idea of space.
Interior design and styling
I love airbnbs with soul. Clean, w/ amenities, no clutter but feels lived in and cozy. Think through what you need everyday.
Licensing and hosting permits
Can help research laws and regulations and file for the permits.
Additional services
Interior design on a budget. Help make the space feel like home as well as practical.
