Listing setup
If you have a space or home you want to rent I will get everything set up for your listing so you can start making money
Setting prices and availability
I charge 12% of your take home to provide oversight of your entire listing, cleanings, maintenances and troubleshooting
Booking request management
I manage the entire listing which includes calendar, pricing, guest communication, hospitality and follow up
Guest messaging
You will never have to communicate with a guest, I handle all that for you
Onsite guest support
I'm available 24/7 for any guest questions and troubleshooting any issues that may arise
Cleaning and maintenance
I oversee the crew that cleans your property and handle all maintenance issues. If I can't fix it I find someone who can
Listing photography
I have a local partner who handles all my photography and she has very reasonable pricing packages.
Interior design and styling
If you need help designing and styling your property we can provide this service at additional costs
Licensing and hosting permits
Licensed and bonded property manager. We work with you in making sure you are in compliance with county standards
Additional services
Can provide home watching services if you're not using your property as a rental. Pricing is different.
