I prefer the key box for self-check-ins except in cases where physical check-in is requested by the customer.
Cleaning and maintenance
Delegated to a flexible cleaning company familiar with Airbnb rentals. Guest-paid service.
Listing photography
I take the photos using my Canon camera or my phone for wide-angle photos. (Staging)
Interior design and styling
I support the owner, if they wish, in optimizing their accommodation to make the customer experience enjoyable
Licensing and hosting permits
Knowledge of Airbnb regulations.

I also propose the creation of a welcome booklet in order to make the guest experience even better!

Excellent stay. Beautiful house in the North, full of charm in a nice neighborhood not far from a cafe, shops and the church. Very considerate hosts and quiet cats.

This is the second time we have spent a weekend at Nicholas' place.
