I always have notifications turned on, so I see bookings as they come in and I have a series of questions for safety of home

Guest messaging

I always respond promptly to requests that come in to keep up response rating and keep notifications on app on my phone.

Onsite guest support

I can be available within the same day to respond to urgent matters that need me at the property or by phone to help guests.

Cleaning and maintenance

I am very detailed cleaner and organizer and if I don't do cleaning, I'll assure cleaners are keeping 5-star quality.

Interior design and styling

I am a pro in this area! I can help you design from a blank canvas or help you use what you have and can dial in a design.

I research local listing laws to make sure you are in compliance with all licenses and permits to run your hosting experience

This was a wonderful trip, and Zara made it easy to handle logistics during a hectic adventure. We appreciated the beautiful home and surroundings, and Zara's support for an early check-in. The layout is a bit funky but worked well for us. The two private bedrooms had their own exits to the outside and shared a bathroom, while the double twin bedroom connected to the main living area. There was a bathroom connecting all 3 bedrooms. All-in-all we were comfortable and happy throughout the stay. Thank you, Zara.

Like other reviews mentioned, house layout is odd but not a dealbreaker. Nice decorations and practical kitchen. Hot tub was off when we arrived and never got to temp before we left unfortunately.

Charming, funky casita with a full kitchen & fenced yard. We appreciated that it was in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of town. We opened the curtains in the morning and there was a coyote, right outside the fence! What a treat!

A great little getaway in the clean desert air is just what we needed. This place is cute and has all you need for a serene escape. Zara was very helpful with local recommendations and at communicating the details of the property.

Great stay. We were looking to get away from the fires in LA and this proved to be a perfect quick getaway. Very close to Joshua Tree, markets, coffee shops, etc. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a very nice stay at Hacienda Harmony. The location is great and there’s lots of space for hanging out when you return from hiking in JTNP. The bathroom layout is the only thing that we were unhappy about, as you have to pass through the larger bathroom to get to the two main bedrooms, which wasn’t clear from the description or photos.
