My services

Listing setup

I will do the leg work and set up your entire profile. Add pics and payout info for you. I will hold your hand when needed.

Setting prices and availability

I charge from 20%. This is full service you do nothing other than answer any question I may have about your property.

Booking request management

100% take care of all bookings and pricing out your place. I use Pricelabs at my expense for analytics and pricing help.

Guest messaging

I handle all guest messaging unless you feel you would like to jump in. We respond in less than an hour 7am - 10pm

Onsite guest support

I am the main POC and will go out to the property or coordinate the right person if needed.

Cleaning and maintenance

I manage and set up the calendar for cleaning and maintenance. You are responsible for maintenance expenses.

Listing photography

We do the photography as well.

Interior design and styling

We will make recommendations but it is up to you to set it up.

Licensing and hosting permits

I will assist in making sure you are in compliance with your areas regualations.

Additional services

We show up and do spot inspections regularly.

Coronado Private Casita (Private House)

cute little place in a peaceful neighborhood. outdoor setting was awesome and cozy. Lots to do nearby (within 13 minutes and cheap Uber ride to downtown for nightlife)
