We charge 15% to 20% depending on responsibilities, such as whether it is face-to-face check-in or just sending instructions.

Professional photography of the property, which is included when you start your listing through our link.

Booking request management

We carefully review the requests that potential guests send us, requesting a message stating the reason for their trip.

Guest messaging

We send a welcome message and other to arrange the meeting at the property. However, they can message us whenever they need.

Onsite guest support

We are available to resolve any issues that guests may have and try to find solutions in the shortest time possible.

Cleaning and maintenance

We charge $80 AUD cleaning fee to the guests for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment.

Dreamy apartment with panoramic views and pool

It's a great place to travel to Brisbane and the surrounding area. There were also almost all parking spaces, so I used it comfortably. It's a clean and nice place to rest.
