The "La Terrasse du Loir" Gîte is private (opened in 2021), you will be alone in the entire gîte. The pool and telescopic enclosure were installed in 2022. It is heated to 29°. For 2026: Heated pool from March 27 to November 1 inclusive. For 2027: Heated pool from March 26 to November 1 inclusive. Gîte of 115 m2 + large terrace of 24 m² overlooking Le Loir located 2.5 km from the Zoo. Accommodation capacity 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room (10 people with the 4 bedrooms).

In this corner of nature of more than 3 hectares, bordered by the river and surrounded by arable land and woodlands, we put at your disposal a fully equipped cottage for 5 people. Charm, absolute silence, comfort, space, outdoor pool will be the assets of your stay.

This air-conditioned yurt is located 10 minutes from the Flèche Zoo and 30 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. This accommodation is air-conditioned and has a total capacity of 3 people. The yurt is equipped with a fitted kitchen, a small sitting area, a smart flat-screen TV, a shower room, and a toilet. One bedroom equipped with a 140 x 200 cm double bed, and a sleeping area equipped with a 90 x 200 cm single bed.
