The "La Terrasse du Loir" cottage is private (open since 2021), with a private swimming pool, and not overlooked. The pool and the telescopic enclosure were installed in 2022; it is heated to 29° In 2026: Heated pool from March 27 to November 1, inclusive. In 2027: Heated pool from March 26 to November 1, inclusive. 115m2 cottage + large 24m2 terrace overlooking Le Loir located 2.5kms from the Zoo. Capacity of the accommodation 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room (10 people with the 4 hp).

This air-conditioned chalet is located 10 minutes from the Zoo de la Flèche and 30 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, and awaits you in a cinematic atmosphere. In the living room, sofa, a 55-inch connected flat screen and a sound bar. Upstairs, 2 double bedrooms and a sleeping area, one of the two bedrooms is equipped with a connected flat screen and a queen size bed (160 X 200 m) for a total capacity of 5 people. A shaded terrace, table, bench and chairs and private garden furniture.

Characterful house in the heart of a 45-hectare park

Located in the heart of the park, the stables of Hodebert is the ideal place to meet up with friends or family and visit the Loire châteaux and enjoy the surrounding nature. Wood burning fire place, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, an access to the ecologic pool of the property… This almost abandoned building required a considerable amount of work to turn it into a comfortable and authentic guest house. 90 m² outbuilding adjoining the main residence: • Ground floor: 45 m² living space with kitchen and living room (sofa bed). • Floor: 2 spacious bedrooms, each with private shower room and separate toilet: - Terra Cotta Room: Double bed (140 cm). - Blue Room: Double bed (180 cm) or 2 twin beds (90 cm) + single bed (80 cm). Exterior: Secure swimming pool (6 m × 12 m), open from May to September. Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

The accommodation is located 2 steps from La Flèche Zoo. You may have the chance to hear the cry of monkeys or roaring lions, change of scenery guaranteed. Have fun with the whole family at this place with a pool and play area. Bike path for nice rides, with 2 adult bikes available. King size bed 180 x 200 cm in the mezzanine area. For the second bed, it's a real comfortable mattress in the 140 x 190 cm sofa. Bed made on your arrival, bed linen provided.
