Wonderful stay! The cabin was very comfortable and well appointed. We had everything we needed and Hans checked in on us during the visit. The porch was awesome and we loved sitting outside. All the trees were so lovely and the lake was even closer than we thought. It was so peaceful sitting out by the water and enjoying the lake views as well. The cabin was in a great location for all the hiking we did near Heber Springs and Fairfield Bay. Just a lovely part of Arkansas. Highly recommend a visit!

Felt at home immediately - accommodations wonderful - but the fun artwork and all the extras for our dogs ---- perfect! Our Husky and Dobie enjoyed fenced and safe yard - running up and down steps --- it even had a doggie door. We never had to worry about our pups. Short walk to lakefront was relaxing too. Hope we can visit area again - no question this will be our ONLY place to stay. Just lovely! Thank you for all the obvious thought and care that went into your rental.

Me & my son came for a fishing tournament on Greers Ferry Lake. The place was great for the time we spent there, was boater friendly. The only thing is the house has a bit of cigarette smell, if you are not a smoker you will notice it but it was not a deal breaker for us. Thanks again Chris

We had a great time with friends. Even though it rained quite a bit, we were still able to enjoy the porches and have enough space not to feel cramped and closed in.

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was perfect for our extended family and gave us plenty of space to relax, reconnect, and enjoy our time together. The kids had an amazing time exploring the large yard, playing near the pond, and splashing around in the full creek. We set up a canopy nearby so the adults could relax and watch them have the time of their lives. We spent our days hiking in nearby state parks, and returning to this peaceful home each evening was the perfect way to unwind. The porch quickly became our favorite hangout spot—we enjoyed meals, coffee, and hours of great conversation out there. One of our favorite features was the tub in the master suite. After a long day on the trails, it offered a relaxing, quiet space to soak and recharge. The home was clean, well-stocked, and felt welcoming from the moment we walked in. From the peaceful setting to the thoughtful touches, it exceeded our expectations. We made unforgettable memories and highly recommend this stay!

This home was so cozy and fully stocked of all the amenities! It was raining a little the weekend we came, but me and my friends had a great time chilling at the house. The firewood was covered so when the rain stopped, we used the s’mores station they had ready for us. And if you have kids, they have plenty of toys and a cute room for them to enjoy. We loved it here!

Joey‘s place was amazing! The pictures are very accurate. This place is right on the river with a very short walk to the dock. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the peacefulness of this place. We will definitely be back with some additional family members.

This is probably the best place our whole family has stayed together. It has something for everyone. We had all 3 of our children and their families . So 8 adults and 5 children. It was an absolutely beautiful time together. We loved we could put our Seadoo in down the road and tie it on shore at the house. The pool was great for everyone. We played cards every night at the large dining table. We will definitely rent again. Rhonda was very responsive and kind. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

This was a cozy condo. The private balcony was perfect. The kitchen had some items that came handy preping meals for the earning. And the surrounding felt like a hidden treasure. This is a very underrated area.just literally loved this place!

A touch pricier than others in the area but absolutely worth it. We have family in the area and come at least a couple of times a year, and this is the best condo we’ve rented if you only need two bedrooms. SO well stocked, which was a huge help to us - we took full advantage. Also exceptionally clean, with quality furniture a step above the usual, and some games to boot. Can’t beat the location for getting around FFB and these hosts care about your experience. I felt like we were in a hotel. Our new go-to rental when we visit.

The communication between the host and I was exceptional. We had a large family come into town for a granddaughter's first birthday, and the spaciousness was perfect for us!

Exactly as described, close to everything in the small town. Great eating options within a 5 min drive, yet sitting on the deck, you would have thought you were in the woods. Angela was responsive with any questions we had. She had an extensive folder of local attraction. This was our 2nd year to stay here and we will always return if it is avaliable! Thanks again for a great stay ! PS The best breakfast around is at the bowling alley and a fantastic value as well !

Nice place to getaway, enjoy a fire pit and the Kayaks were relaxing and fun! Will be back next time we’re in the area!

Great place to stay during an annual golf tournament at Tannenbaum - we'll be back next year!

Great stay! Friends get together - 10 adults and 2 kids. Everyone had a comfy bed and plenty of room to spread out. We loved the location, peaceful and close to everything we needed. Loved the outdoor space, spent most of our time there. Kitchen had everything we needed. TVs in every space. We would definitely stay here again! Great for a big group! Loved it.

Rose was the greatest host. Place was wonderful and peaceful. She had everything you could need for your stay. Recommend that everyone should have the experience we had during our stay. It was the greatest.

Pictures do not do justice for this wonderful cabin. You are steps away from the river and boat ramp/dock. It is challenging to find, so read the directions carefully. The cabin is clean, spacious great for large families or groups. The living room is huge, with a LARGE reclining sectional couch and a reclining loveseat. It is centrally located between Searcy and Heber Springs. We hope to stay there again.

This was a family get away weekend. We loved the house and all of the room. We didn't get to enjoy the outside because it rained all weekend. Had so much fun running around though. It was well worth the money.

Doug's place is awesome! It sits on a beautiful farm, with horses, donkeys, chickens, ducks and other livestock. The apartment and all of its furnishings feels brand new and was spotlessly clean. Doug and Mary Lynn went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we need. The refrigerator was stocked with farm-fresh eggs from their chickens, he included a pound of delicious sausage and bacon, there were treats and lots of little things that made it feel like a home rather than a rental. One thing to be prepared for if you stay, is the farm is quite a ways from any highways. The roads are paved and in great condition to get to it, but it is a bit of a drive to get back there. If you are looking for a place off the beaten path and in beautiful surroundings with wonderful hosts, then I cannot recommend staying with Doug and Mary Lynn enough!

I enjoyed the stay very much. The place was clean and very beautiful. Nathan wss very accommodating and our group had a very good time. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to book a house for a retreat or outing!
