There are no cooking appliances except for an electric tea kettle and coffee maker. Our neighborhood is nestled between two state parks and we are a 3 blocks to the beach. We are in rural coastal forested county with gravel roads.

Our Oceanfront Lower Cottage is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom remodeled oceanfront cottage unit located on the quieter south end of the Prom in Seaside, Oregon. The master bedroom suite has a king bed. The second bedroom sleeps 4 with a twin over full bunk-bed and a twin daybed. There is also a memory foam sleeper sofa in the bonus room. Wonderful restaurants and activities such as riding your bike, golfing, surfing, arcades, hiking and more are right out your front door.

Just 1/2 mile to eateries, groceries, seaside golf course, and the beginning of the Seaside Promenade. Only 2 miles to Seaside Downtown.

Restaurants, shopping, wine bars, brew pubs, arcade, bumper cars, etc. Smaller dogs ok, contact owner. Go golfing, crabbing, fishing, clamming, hiking, zip lining, go carts, surfing, biking! Or stay at home and play board games, or corn hole, no need to go anywhere!

Our unit is located in a small cooperative of 15 condos there on the beach. These Condos are well maintained at the quiet end of town for rest and relaxation. There is an onsite Co-Host and lock boxes near the office, where you can pick up the keys. Pet fees: 2 Pets maximum. $50 per trip Key Lockbox code will be provided 3-4 days advance of your stay.
