An amazing place with a treehouse feel. It’s one of the two apartments in a small building on the owner’s property but you only see the trees from a huge screened deck and all the windows. The apartment is very beautifully decorated, spacious, everything is very clean, very comfortable bed and all the little touches you need. Sam and his wife are the best hosts, very friendly, quick to respond, and very accommodating when I needed some little extras. Ten stars!

We had a lovely, weeklong stay. The host was very helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The home was gorgeous, exactly as pictured. The amenities were superb and perfect for working from home (in the business center). I wish we had gotten more time to use them. The only few things to note, the neighbors are very loud. We could hear them each night, late at night arguing, stomping around, playing music. A previous guest had ruined their laundry door, so that caused a bit of a stir navigating to do laundry. When we arrived, the cleaners hadn’t done a complete job, but we assumed this is because we requested to check in two hours sooner than expected, of which, the host was very accommodating. He provided us with a partial refund for the inconvenience. I would totally stay here again and definitely recommend it for traveling families.

We had a great stay at Aveline’s place—spacious, spotless, and located in a quiet, new development just a short walk from Publix, restaurants, and shops. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, with plenty of private space for four adults. Aveline was a thoughtful and responsive host who checked in to make sure everything met our expectations. The area felt safe and peaceful, and I’d absolutely stay again if I’m ever back in town.

Place was exactly as described and very comfy. Good location in Athens and close to everything. Dean was very responsive and accepted an extension to my booking within minutes of the request. Thanks Dean would love to stay here again.

The Athens Bungalow was such a cute place and fit our needs perfectly. We liked the location and thought it was convenient to our daughter’s graduation activities. The extra touches they provided were so nice, such as the coffee bar, snack tray and fresh pastries. They had great communication and checked on us during our stay. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location, kind host, and very clean and comfortable accommodations. EXTREMELY comfortable beds. Slept so well on my trip! Definitely will book again when I come back to town.

We stayed for two nights for UGA graduation - a very busy, high occupancy, PEAK time to be in Athens. Brian's place is not too far from campus, totally updated, nicely furnished and very comfortable. Even had some extras stocked in the kitchen - coffee, snacks, waters. Very nice touch! Obviously, we would have loved a second bathroom since 4 of us were in the house, but at least the one bathroom was nice and large and had lots of towel hooks. Thank you for a great stay!

Brian was a great host. Then house was perfect, just steps from my children. We were quite comfortable for the week and a half we stayed. Will definitely stay again!

Very nice property. Extremely clean. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. Beds were comfortable. Towels were soft and thirsty. Everything worked great with no issues or complexity - A/C, TVs, coffee maker, etc. Will definitely stay here again!

Marie’s place was very clean, very updated and comfortable with all the amenities as described. She even had cute little extras, like shampoo, soap, dishwashing detergent, and cleaning products, not to mention Keurig and coffee and tea.

Internet doesn’t pick up and can’t watch t.v. Other than that the work she’s done is beautiful.

Highly recommended this Airbnb if you are staying in the Athens, GA area. Hosts are very responsive and helpful with any questions. There are 3 good sized bedrooms which is more than enough room with the living room and kitchen being downstairs for a perfect division of sleep and hanging out. The backyard has a decent size patio to hang out in (fenced in backyard as well). We even had a few deer come hang out with us on the front porch while we were there! It is very close to nearby restaurants and gas stations as well. Very convenient location and will definitely be back!

We can’t say enough positive things about our stay here at Atticus’s property. From the clear directions, to the detailed instructions on how to unlock the door, to the meticulously clean interior, the VERY comfortable bed and even the unexpected snacks and beverages left for us on the kitchen counter and table. The home was stocked with PLENTY of bath towels, extra blankets, and bathroom and shower supplies. The kitchen had all the utensils you could need, and all cabinets and drawers were detail labeled to make finding something you need super easy. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful with a “safe feel” and we were less than 5 minutes from the 10 Loop, and 10 minutes from campus, while Epps Bridge restaurants and retail shops were less than 10 minutes away. Be sure to not let the idea of a “basement apartment” be a concern… it was an exceptional stay and nothing about it felt like a “basement”. 110% chance we will stay here again when we come to visit Athens! Go Dawgs!

Great location w large space rooms and walkable to Normaltown. Excellent style of furnishings. Bathrooms appointed well. Washing machine worked great. Parking in driveway, nice linens. Good value for price.

Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The place was very clean and loved the coffee in the morning! It’s about 1 mile from the stadium and I was expecting it to be just a little bit closer. The host was very responsive and a pleasure to work with! I would definitely recommend.

The apartment is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with good parking facilities. Various restaurants in Athens Downtown are easily accessible. The apartment is very nicely furnished and has a great terrace. Larkin was a very friendly and proactive host and always easy to reach. Hope to come back again!

This was the perfect space for our visit to Athens - nestled off of one of the main streets. It was convenient, minutes away from campus, clean, comfortable, clutter-free and provided all the amenities needed. Would stay again!

Perfect location for visiting the UGA campus! Quick walk to campus. The condo was in perfect condition. I've stayed in MANY places in Athens and this was the best.

Great location, easy access to UGA, wonderful finishing touches. Nayla was very easy to communicate with, quick to respond. She was nice enough to leave some snacks for the kids and some drinks for the adults! Definitely recommend a stay!

Hannah’s place was exactly as described! It was an easy drive downtown to lots of restaurants and shops. The beds were very comfortable, and it was the perfect place for my friends and me. Hannah was also always responsive and friendly!
