Also, we are just one block away from the entrance to Salmon Creek Trail; a popular 7-mile round-trip paved pathway. Our studio apartment is located above a detached garage with a separate entrance. and is in a small neighborhood on a dead-end street - very private and quiet!

Enjoy complete privacy in this beautifully newly renovated (2025) above-garage guest suite, fully detached from the main house—your own quiet retreat with no shared living spaces. This bright and thoughtfully designed studio features a comfortable queen bed plus a daybed with pull-out trundle, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests—perfect for families or small groups. Our Guesthouse - Alberta Park - 2 bedrooms (queen)

Our goal is for you to feel at home during your stay with the convenient location and amenities. You'll have the space all to yourself as you explore Portland and the surrounding areas or to return to after visiting friends and family. Walk to excellent restaurants, call in a local delivery, or stay in and cook with a fully equipped kitchen. Restless kids (or adults) can grab a ball and explore the 16 acre park one block away. Unit is non-smoking/vaping and pet free.

Private guest house all to yourself in a fantastic neighborhood. One Bedroom on main level w/ walk in closet, heating/cooling units with remotes. Spacious bathroom w/ tile shower. Stackable washer and dryer in hall closet. Spiral staircase leads to loft area with twin beds, Tv/Wii gaming console & toys. Tucked in a quiet walkable neighborhood w/ your own parking spot. Restaurants, shopping, bus & gas stations, quick freeway access & golf all within 1.5 miles.

Come enjoy our beautiful detached cottage, in a Concordia alley 5 blocks from Alberta Street. French doors lead onto your own private patio. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need. The cottage is designed to be self sufficient, and full of natural light. Take a stroll through the alleyways and wander through Alberta park to restaurants and coffee shops. It is a very bike friendly neighborhood. We are also connected by bus lines to downtown.
