Vacation rentals with beach access in Clarence River

Jenny’s place was great. It was extremely close to bars and restaurants and it felt like we were in the thick of it in Byron Bay. Unfortunately it rained the whole time we were there, however the apartment was awesome to hang out in. The apartment was very clean and the bed was super comfortable.

Cute, retro place with all you could need to stay self-sufficiently a stone's throw from town.

Quality of the furnishings and kitchen utensil were fabulous. The unit was roomy and we loved all the little extras tea, coffee wine and biscuits. Paula was very responsive when we had a few questions. I would definitely recommend it. It was a wonderful place to return to after big days at the blues festival

So close to town centre, Plenty of room for a family of 6 , The kitchen is well set up to cook at apartment if need . Definitely return with family in near future

A great little cosy upstairs pad only steps away from tallies beach. Jim was a very responsive and helpful host. The studio has been set up to be very practical. The spa bath and new bbq were a big bonus!

White Rabbit is a lovely little place that has a lot of character with very comfy beds, beautiful double shower and very well stocked kitchen, which has everything you need. Close to the beach and local shops which are wonderful with a great bakery, supermarket & restaurants. Simon is very responsive host

The place is lovely. Its small and cosy. I recomend it. However it would be nice to have the easily cleanable mould in the shower to sorted, and for the advertised king bed to not be two singles put together with a cheep bamboo foam topper. It was extreemly uncomofortable, and hurt both mine and my partners backs. We are both in our 30s, and in good health. It was a disappointing sleep for such a wonderfully coasy and pretty place. The bath is 100% its best feature, and even tho the place is small you have amazing privacy.

We had the most amazing stay ! Felt like a special guest ! The beds are most comfortable beds ever ! Everything was so cozy and we felt right at home ! Didn’t want to leave !

It was such a nice experience to stay at David and Sandra's place. The house has everything you need to make yourself at home. David was very attentive and responsive at all times. They look after the pool and facilities so that makes it very easy for you. We did not have to contact them for cleaning the pool. Before we notices it was already done before we had to ask. Place is well kept. It is close to a beautiful entrance to Tallow's beach. In spite of bad weather, we made the most out of our stay. You have everything close to you at walking distance if you do not want to go into town. Suffolk it is only 10 minutes drive from Byron Bay, so it makes things very easy. I believe it is a great location for a relaxed holiday with the family close enough to main attractions wihouth necessarilyn been in the heart of Byron. We would definitely recommend David and Sandra's beautiful home.

Great location, close to everything and a Host who was super to communicate with. I have no hesitation recommending Connor’s Airbnb as a place to stay when visiting Byron Bay. We will be back for sure! Adrian

We love coming to Broomshead to relax by the seaside. Beach haven was the perfect spot for 2 families to unwind and enjoy each other’s company while also having space to find time alone. Plenty of comfy spots to read a book on the wrap around balcony and enough space for the kids to happily play footy in the yard and handball too! Conveniently just across from the beach which was so handy when needing to pop back for lunch before heading back for more beach time in the afternoon. Excellent location and little touches from the host with coffee pods and laundry detergent provided as well as some staple items for cooking and plenty of crockery/pots and pans! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again soon!

We really enjoyed our time at Annette's place. It was a lovely and relaxing getaway. There were so many things to like: the privacy, the firepit, the outdoor bath under the sky, and all the wildlife, especially the birds. The lack of internet was actually a blessing in disguise, as it meant the whole family could truly disconnect and enjoy each other's company. The serene environment, the soothing sound of the ocean, and the thoughtful amenities made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with nature.

This Airbnb was an absolute dream! The location couldn't have been better—just steps away from the beach with direct access that made morning walks and sunset views incredibly easy and relaxing. The area was peaceful yet close to everything we needed, from great restaurants to local shops. The weather during our stay was perfect—sunny skies and a gentle breeze every day, which made lounging by the water and exploring the area even more enjoyable. We felt like we were in a little slice of paradise. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and soak up the beauty of the coast. We can’t wait to come back

What an incredible stay! We came with our family and parents, and this beautiful home delivered on every level. From the moment we walked in, it was clear we were in for something special – stylish, spacious, and packed with charm. The kids basically lived in the pool (and slept very well because of it!), while we adults soaked up the magic of the big open fireplace each night – seriously, it’s a stunner and made the whole place feel like a luxe mountain retreat. Everything was thoughtfully set up for a comfortable, easy, and totally enjoyable stay. The layout was perfect for our group, and there was room for everyone to spread out or come together as needed. Communication was a breeze, and we felt right at home from the get-go. A huge thank you for sharing such a special space – we’re already dreaming of a return visit!

Our stay at Casa Bonita Wooli was fantastic, cute little beach house right on the beach with amazing views. Beautifully appointed with well equipped kitchen and luxurious linen. Check in was easy and communication with hosts was excellent. Definitely recommend for a quiet beach getaway.

What an amazing house! We stayed for a week with our three boys aged 9 to 14 and we loved every moment. The view from the deck kept surprising us each day in its beauty and we didn’t want to leave. We hope to return again soon. Thanks Lisa for having us.

Jacqueline and Tabatha's hospitality stood out, before we had even set foot in the Airbnb itself! They were incredibly responsive and helpful from the get-go. The place itself is wonderful! Thoughtful, homely, just as described and photographed. A nice lounge area, great shower pressure in the shower and a comfy bed to boot. Essential boxes well and truly ticked! The kitchen is equipped with what you'll need to cook a meal, while the place is close to some great nearby cafes and restaurants as an alternate option. It was the perfect place to retreat to after a wedding in Yamba, and we would stay again!

Therese was a wonderful host always on hand and responsive to any queries with a really friendly manner. The house was spotless and homely, perfect for our Christmas getaway. So close to Byron and all the amenities I can’t recommend this little gem of a place enough. Hope to return soon! X
