Ideal setting for athletes and/or families who want to enjoy nature and animals: Horses, sheep, chickens are present on the property.

The Country House

87-square-meter single-story house between Angoulême and Poitiers. In a rural setting, the house welcomes you for a quiet and relaxing stay. It consists of three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. The living room, bright, consists of a living-dining room and kitchen of about 40 square meters. It's connected to the fiber. A large bioclimatic pergola, an enclosed garden and a garage available. Everything to enjoy and safety.

It offers you the possibility of long shaded walks following the Charente court by landscaped trails. Many other activities await you in its nearby surroundings and a little further away with Poitiers and Angoulême less than an hour away.
