The open space living room is perfect for socializing, the kitchen is fully equipped and furnished. Equipped with a barbecue place with a cauldron, oversized hammock, fireplace for a fee, parking space. The place you'll want to come back to, for the special charm of the surroundings. For the cauldron, an additional fee is charged at the location.

Lazy Cottage by the river

Lazy Cottage is located on the "The valley of beauty" ( Sebes valley ) in the Village of Laz, Alba, on the start of the Transalpina Road next to the river Sebes. It is what we call a "Home away from home" for whomever chooses to visit us, because you'll find here everything you'll need in a household and a bit more. For the rainy and cold days there is also a fireplace to keep you warm and cozy and a bunch of board games to choose from. Since we love pets, they are welcome as well !

With a spacious courtyard and also a garden with organic products, overlooking the mountain, the village and the surrounding forests, this cottage offers the opportunity to enjoy nature in peace. The cottage has a spacious living room with a sofa bed. In the living room there is a fireplace and next to it there is the kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove with oven, coffee maker, fruit juicer, dishwasher, microwave and other utilities. The house also has a washing machine. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, each with a bed for 2 people. The accommodation capacity is for 6 people (4 in the bedrooms and 2 in the living room, on the extendable sofa)

Linistea Muntilor Chalet - Two-Bedroom Chalet

This is our first chalet, built in 2021. It has a Swedish inspired architecture, with modern finishing and very bright interiors. The front terrace has an astounding overview of the entire Fagaras Moutains ridge and just in front of the terrace, 5m away, there is the lake. Inside there are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Outside the bedrooms there is a open-space kitchen and dining area with view towards the moat and the lake.
