This charming Duplex, 5 minutes from Tribunal and 10 from Gran Vía, in the heart of downtown. It is spacious and with very nice decoration. Very discreet apartment, no neighbors in front, with great views of everything Madrid, direct elevator inside. It has two terraces with plants, a pond with fish. Antique furniture, unique pieces, wifi, TV screen cinema, Prime, Netflix, 3 air conditioners, etc. House with a lot of peace. There are two bedrooms and an XL bed in the loft. PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED

The rental unit has its own bathroom (sink, shower, bath, toilet), garden area with hammocks, terrace with a table/chairs, heating, high speed Wi-Fi, 32" flat screen TV, duvets/pillows, fans, blankets, bed linings and towels.

At least 15kkms to the airport. 3 minute drive to "Alegra" mall with the best outlet stores, Decathlon, Nike and restaurants. Fully equipped, fiber optic wifi. Great for couples, tourism, or business trips. It's better to go by car.

Hello! We spent a weekend with a couple of families and enjoyed both the house and the area. The house is renovated, comfortable, tastefully decorated and in perfect condition. Communication and service with Guillermo was unbeatable. Always attentive and facilitating all inquiries or requests. We had a great time and made the most of the house: we bathed in the pool a lot, barbecued and were able to enjoy the porch and spend a lot of time outdoors, which was the idea. It's a quiet and peaceful area of houses. The bedrooms are spacious and bright; and the upstairs ones have A/C. Comfortable beds and the kitchen has everything you need (coffee maker, toaster, etc.). Come on, a fantastic place + a 10-star host, so we'll repeat; definitely! Thank you!

Luis's apartment is very centrally located. In fact Metro 3 entry is just infront of the building and in less than 10 minutes you can reach major attractions like Sol. Bus stand is also hardly 200 meters and Delicias station is just 400 meters. Connectivity from his place is best. There is supermarket across the road in addition to shops which open late night also. His place on ground floor is in a secure building with lot of open area. We really felt at home. Apartment was absolutely neat and clean.

We were very comfortable throughout the stay. We had privacy and the house was beautifully decorated and very cozy. I would definitely recommend it.
