In addition to being very well equipped, it is a safe area that allows you to move on foot, by public or private transport. From the window you can see the hills surrounding the city and also the sunrise! It is an ideal accommodation, both for those who want to tour and get to know the capital as well as for a short stay or passing through.

Very attractive department in excellent area. Attended by its owners (who live on the ground floor). Resident and safe suburb (Ciudad de Nieva) 2 blocks from the Nac. Nº9 Route (a Qda of Humahuaca), 15 blocks from downtown. 2 supermarkets within 3 blocks, shopping centers and cafes. Full second floor, equipped: Comfort all. Conditioned. For over 20 years was workshop / atelier, and still retains paints, and all the magic of art.

We went as a family, the location was excellent for visiting relatives. When traveling by car, we really appreciate that the place has a garage, although you can easily leave the car outside as it is a quiet area. We were super comfortable, great comfort that the place has 2 bathrooms. Beautiful balcony view. I recommend the place and we will surely get away again on our next visit

Very responsive and flexible host. With recommendations and everything as described. One thing to note though is that the windows in the main bedroom do not protect from substantial noise from nearby fiestas etc until they stop late am.
