Very good location, especially for the Cali Marathon. Excellent places nearby, good gastronomic and for mercar offer. Very good facilities, very comfortable apartment. Very good host with quick answers and anxious to fix problems. Recommended 100%.

Samuel's place was very nice. It was in a quiet neighborhood. Of course there were businesses operating during the day, but at night they were all closed and it was nice and quiet. The location is great as well. 10 minute walk to CC Chipichape or Dollar City, 5 minute walk to Home Center and a huge grocery store, and restaurants all over the place. Having the pool was great as well, as most buildings in this area don't have pools. Our son loves to swim and we used it several times a week. The apartment was a bit small for us (we are a family of three with a dog), and it was hard having the only bathroom in the bedroom, but we knew those things going in. Overall we would definitely stay at Samuel's place again.

I love what the owners have did with this apartment. The designers were not thinking cheap. The apartment was clean and the water was hot. The air-conditioning in the living room will keep the whole area cool. This is going to be one of my favorite places to stay in Cali.

The whole experience was amazing!!! And this place have made it ten times better. I was nervous coming from New York but the host is respectful he answers really quick I’m just happy with everything all together must come here to enjoy as much as I did!!!

Nice place in one of my favorite neighborhoods to stay in Cali. Walking distance to exactly where I wanted to be. You do hear the outside (thin walls), but it was never loud late and never affected me sleeping.

I had a great 3 week stay here. The hosts were very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was good. The neighbors were all friendly and I arrived on new year’s eve to a very festive arrival. There is plenty in the neighborhood and not far from places you would need to go. I will gladly stay here on my next return to Cali!

Andrea is a very kind host, she gave quick answers, very attentive to our needs, her house is safe, as is the garage for the vehicle, close to the airport, a calm and quiet place

my stay at Daniel's place was very pleasant, the neighborhood is close to everything you need, about 15 min walk to the dog place, his team was very nice and attentive, the apto was as described. I overlooked the part about no hot water but it is in the description

I have zero complaints. One of the best airbnbs I have ever stayed in. Beautiful neighborhood, amazing home, fantastic hosts. The house is very big. Much bigger than even shown in the photos. The live in housekeepers are incredibly nice and helpful. Cristian also incredibly nice and helpful. The area is beautiful. One of the most exclusive areas in the entire city. It is incredibly private, secure, and I would recommend it to anyone. 10/10

The place is as described and seen, it is nice and very cozy, with different areas to be and share and a great terrace. Everything is very clean and with everything you need. Astrid is very helpful and kind and is always willing to provide what is necessary for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommended for relaxing and sharing.

A very nice apartment on the 5th floor. The 2B/2Ba arrangment was very accomodating. The apartment complex is nice, secure and organized. I would stay here again and I would recommend it to others.

Exactly what it says online if not better. Really cozy place felt right at home, surrounded by a lot of restaurants walking distance everything is literally right there. Great location clear instructions, very responsive host, everything matches the description. I would definitely stay there again if I’m ever in Cali. loved it! Thank you so much.🙏🏾🙏🏾

This apartment is beautiful. Leidy and Claudya were very kind to me and my mom. A perfect place for surgical recovery. Within walking distance of medical clinics. It had everything you needed to make a very comfortable stay for us. Thank you!

Mrs. Rocío daughter of Mrs. Maria was very attentive, they were always attentive to any concerns, the apt was clean, the kitchen is well equipped, the area is quiet, there is good commerce nearby. Great place to stay.

The place I booked was not available, however, Alex fixed very quickly and stayed in an apartment with more comfort and luxuries. I'm super grateful, because I felt right at home. Alex is an excellent host and I would definitely stay again in one of his apts. The only opportunity for improvement is for them to put a WIFI signal repeater in the main room as the connection is intermittent.
