The apartment is just like the photos. The location, despite being close to a party venue (Parque Rodó) is not heard at all and the street is quiet. The apartment has excellent thermal and acoustic insulation with double-glazed windows and the amenities work well. Thomas is super attentive and available. I'll stay there again, for sure.

The apartment is very spacious, bright and with an amazing view. Very well equipped, and very comfortable. Gustavo and Maxi responded immediately to everything. The area is quiet but you need a car to get around. The good thing is that it has its own garage. Super recommended. We had a great time

I stayed at Leonardo's apartment in the last week of May. Our stay was very good. Extremely comfortable apartment in an excellent location. Leonardo was very attentive to us and sent us great tips about the surroundings. He was always attentive and helpful. Our experience was very pleasant. We will certainly return to Montevideo.

Dana and Jeff's apartment is in the heart of Ciudad Vieja, close to several restaurants, museums, bookstores. The space is beautiful and cozy. The bathroom has a strong shower and very hot water! We wish to return!

Excellent location, spacious, bright, restaurants on the first floor, 24-hour store just 100 meters away. The apartment delivers what it promises, in addition to having one of the best views of the old city, the fertilization and the sea. The owners are very nice and attentive. I would come back.

Excellent accommodation! The decor is beautiful. The furniture and equipment throughout the apartment are of very good quality, including dishes, mattress, sheets and towels. He lacks nothing. There is everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Camila welcomed us with some snacks and drinks. She was flexible with our arrival and departure and very helpful when we asked for local recommendations. The area is very quiet, one block from the Rambla. Unbeatable experience!! 100% recommended.

Very tastefully refurbished apartment, everything is new!!! There are even many things to use for the first time!!! It is comfortable, it has good outdoor lighting, it is a fairly busy area but it is NOT noisy. It's a safe area and we walked back late at night without any problems. It has an infinite number of cafes, restaurants, bars and restaurants nearby, as well as the Punta Carretas shopping area. You are relatively close to the Rambla and the parks, you can get around easily by public transport and you have two places to rent bicycles 1 block away. Gonzalo responds immediately to any questions and made it easy for us to leave later without any problems. The apartment is just like or better than the photos !!! All its equipment is NEW and it has even the smallest detail such as adapters for the plugs if you are from another country. I would definitely come back another time.

Everything was very nice, very good service, everyone responds and helps you with the best of the wave, but there was a serious problem, we went with the idea of getting an apartment with a hot water pool and when we arrived it was cold and we could not use it and we did not like that, we went with we were bad with that, next time warn that the pool is not hot, but apart from the pool, everything was very nice

Beautiful stay. We only stayed 1 night but it was to stay longer. The building has all the amenities you can imagine. On the other hand, Alejandro was very friendly and very clear with his instructions for check-in. The apartment is fantastic, better than in the photos I would come back!

All spotless! Spectacular ocean view with terrace. Very comfortable apartment with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Everything worked perfectly. Beach service, tennis court, very good gym, heated pool, quincho and outdoor pool. In front of the mansa beach! Ivi always attentive! Thank you so much! A few divine days!

Sandra's apartment is very beautiful and cozy. It is very clean, tidy and has all the items that you need (e.g. cooking items, bed linens, bathroom items) for a comfortable stay. The building has many amenities including an outdoor pool, outdoor jacuzzies, gym, indoor jacuzzi, sauna, rooftop patio with a party room which includes a parrilla. The building is located right across from the rambla which is a wonderful place that has a beach and you can walk along the sea. It's also located across from Orinoco street which has cafes, restaurants, bars and gyms. Sandra is a wonderful host who is very helpful and responsive and makes sure you have a comfortable stay.

I really liked the place, everything very clean and comfortable, a place with many leisure areas and very safe .. close to the beach, it has a pharmacy and a 24-hour market in front of which is very good outside the nearby restaurants.. well structured loft with everything you need to spend a few days. I recommend. The host served very well, I intend to return.
