The apartment is adjoined to our house but you have total privacy and private access and off-road parking. Relaxed & quite. Nice local birdlife during the day. Aprox 20-30 min from the Airport, Freemantle, Hills & Perth CBD. Lots of local eateries. Shopping centre 5min away. Bicycles available to ride the bike paths along the river. Farmers Markets each Saturday 8-12 at the end of the street. Can help direct you to many of West Australia's normal attractions. Vineyards, sites, etc. Great place to venture out from. There are 2 cats, myself and my daughter who live here.

The Boathouse - Studio in Perth's Gastronomic Hub

We are peacefully located, close to Vic Park cafes, Airport less than 15 minutes drive. Our SMOKEFREE studio is completely separate and therefore ISOLATION friendly, but requires a higher nightly rate to cover extra isolation requirements, eg. delivery of grocery items if required. Specific cleaning/sanitisation fee for extra cleaning currently required to ensure everyone has a safe and worry free stay with us, Liz & Chris.
