Lori was a wonderful host!! We greatly appreciated her hospitality and great communication! She was attentive and was very generous and helpful with offering suggestions and resources! Everything was organized and clean! We would recommend!

This was our second stay at Relaxing Retreat. We appreciated it even more the second time. As soon as you enter, a Florida vibe surrounds you and it's squeaky clean. Dana and Larry provide all the extras that make a stay super special..... like a welcome snack basket, all the kitchen and bathroom amenities you could ask for, a super clear and informative welcome binder and so much more. Communication from the start until the end was prompt, friendly and helpful. We hope to come again. Thank you!

This cute little home in Iverness was perfect for me and my two children. The fenced yard offered room to run around. The mini pool table and game selection were a hit with my kiddos. It was small and quaint. Perfect place to relax and recharge. The area has an awesome park, lots of beautiful places to walk and is drivable to Rainbow Springs state park. We also enjoyed a kayaking tour with a local guide company. We will likely stay again when visiting family in the area. It met our needs perfectly.

We had an amazing time here. We loved the fact that we got the both of both worlds. It's situated both within a wooded area and near a body of water. The house was very clean. Everything we needed was available and labeled. We love being able to dock our boat. The kids also enjoyed fishing off the dock. The hosts were amazing provided local places to dine and even recommended fishing spots. We loved it here and will definitely book again. Thank you John and Ian for providing this amazing place!

We absolutely loved this stay! Maria really thought of everything. Whether it was charging stations, kitchen supplies, flashlights, or dog bowls.. one of our favorite air bnbs to date! The game room was very clean and organized. We played a mean game of family fusbol and had s’mores by the fire. Springs are super close and great food at local pup friendly restaurants on the water. Such a beautiful property and home. We will be back!

My husband and I stayed at Matt's Place and it didn't disappoint. It is exactly what he described in the details. We had our morning coffee on the pier to watch the beautiful sunrise and listen to nature waking up. Enjoyed some jacuzzi time and some BBQ. The Hammocks are a nice touch. Somehow I was under the impression it had a king or queens size bed, but the house is establish with 2 bunkbeds, which was perfectly fine and different. The location is sure "Nature pure" your are close to grocery stores and restaurants but when on the property it feels you are far away from everything. Kitchen was organized and equipped enough. We forgot charcoal but went to the local Publix to grab a bag...it was a very nice experience. Unique with the amenities Matt Offers...It was a warm welcome and easy access. We had a wonderful stay at Michael’s Airbnb! The area was safe and quiet, which made for a relaxing getaway. The house itself was very clean, with comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen that had all the essentials needed to cook meals. One of our favorite parts was the outdoor space—perfect for enjoying morning coffee while listening to the birds. The clubhouse with a pool was an added bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable. The host was responsive and respectful throughout the entire process. We would definitely recommend this place to others and would love to stay here again!

What a perfect place! Lots of traffic in the area and some run down houses nearby, but if you want to kayak and be near the confluence of both rivers and have a wonderful back porch that shuts all that out right on the river, then this is not an issue. Also, the Blue Run and Withlacoochee bike trail are just a short, quiet neighborhood ride away with just a very, very short bridge crossing in traffic across from Swampy's restaurant. Location, location, location! The property is located in the heart of Crystal River! Located directly in front of Hunter Springs and just a short paddle to three sisters springs and short boat ride to the Gulf! There is nothing that you could forget or need that is not supplied in this rental! Manatee’s galore passed right by the front door! The owners of this property have really outdone themselves in the locally sourced decoration! Every aspect of this property is unique and thoughtfully done! Once you enter the property and see the wall of family memories you instantly know that you are apart of something very special. It’s honestly such an honor to have stayed in such a special place and I thank the owners for sharing this piece of paradise with my family. I look forward to coming back again and making more once in a lifetime memories with my family!

Duane and Regina were excellent hosts during my stay at Palmetto Place. They were responsive, helpful, easy to communicate with and the space is exactly as described and was comfortable, clean and safe.

Brooke’s place is our go-to for our boating adventures. This is probably our fourth time here and we love it. Its our second home.

The accommodations were really great for my holiday weekend stay! We used the lovely firepit -swing area every day. Bobby was responsive and helpful. The kitchen had everything I needed. Coffee overlooking the mist rising off the water in the morning was just so beautiful. The river is amazing… the hawks, ibis, anhinga, herons, and so many other birds were so cool to hear, and watch!

Terrific spot right on the river, around the corner from the kayak shop so you can paddle over and catch a shuttle up to the KP hole, paddle back down and end at the dock right by your unit. Fantastic time, the place was clean comfortable and well kept. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a riverfront view and easy paddling access, very nice spot. A little tip turn the air down a few hours before you go to sleep the top floor takes a little bit to cool down. Thanks Matt for our stay in your beautiful spot.

This place is perfect to kick back and relax! The screened in patio made our stay- as our crew sat there for morning coffee and drinks at night. The cottage itself was very cozy and cute. Close to Monkey Bar/downtown making it a great location.

This is a perfect spot for a peaceful weekend getaway and exploring in nature. A highlight of the stay was seeing all the wildlife on the Chassahowitzka River! This cabin was cozy, and felt like home. We appreciated amenities like board games, the grill and kayaks (& lifevests) which made the experience seamless. Make sure you bring your own mask and snorkel to make the most of this great spot with its very own river access!!

The cabin was clean, spacious and beautiful! Felt very cozy ! Me and my family had a wonderful time here ! The outdoor space was great for the kids ! There was a ping pong table darts and plenty of games to keep them entertained! Overall great stay would love to visit again ! Emilie was a great host ! Very communicative and even provided us with a welcome guide which was very thoughtful and came in handy !

You can’t beat the hospitality and the views. Perfect for small center consoles and bay boats. Cameron was friendly and very helpful would recommend this place to any scalloper or inshore fishermen.

Very nice home, located within 20 minutes to the springs, hiking, and restaurants. We loved the seclusion, the home’s architecture, and the detached BBQ screened-in shelter. The large backyard is great for the activities they provide (cornhole, mini soccer, and tree swinging). We were there in the summer but the water level in the back was too shallow to launch the canoes but that’s no problem with tons of local kayaking options. The house is on a 12-minute drive dirt road that can be difficult to find at night. Also, the house does not have any cell reception but the house has ok WiFi speeds to stream movies and use FaceTime (voice); that’s the price to be in seclusion, peace, and nature. Check in and out were a breeze and the indoor amenities are nice. We recommend this home for a nice getaway.

Had a great time staying here for the weekend! Lots of space, a private yard, a full kitchen to cook in and it’s a short drive to the springs. Super close to a bunch of good restaurants and shops so we had plenty to do even on a stormy day.
