House vacation rentals in Citra Garden City

house is good. there is a playground according to the photos, children like it. there is a kitchen, 3 kmr sleeping, 3 kmr bathing. there is no washing machine and dryer. overall good. the condition of the room and everything else is good, tidy. thank you so much. there is a pool in the complex. the playgrounds kids like to play. there are cooking, slides, ball pools,there are books, there is a small theater to watch. bunk beds at 2 kmr.

Great place, clean house, smells good and got PS 5. Complete cooking equipments. Easy check in and located in a very secure neighbourhood.

Had a comfy stay for many days!

The house looks exactly like the one in the picture, check in was easy, host was very proactive and quick in responding. The place inside looks modern and minimalist, felt cozy at home. The house is inside a complex and there are lots to do/go/eateries such as orange grooves mall, supermarket, McDonald, subway, and minimart. It's quite a walking distance but very close if driving lol. The complex also has a gum, pool, and basketball court. Our entire family enjoyed our short stay. Thanks.

This was our first time booking an Airbnb in Indonesia after always staying in hotels during our yearly visits and we’re so glad we chose Ilham’s place! the right place for those of us who are having an event at ice BSD City. The cluster atmosphere is safe and comfortable. Complete house facilities. Complete Kitchen appliances. The living room is a bit hot, so the door needs to be opened even though there is a fan. But the 2 rooms upstairs are very comfortable and cool. Overall we enjoyed staying at this place, and we will likely return to rent if there is another event there. Thank you

The house is great, the vibe of the old house but the contents are new, very clean. It's really nice for yesterday's visit to work with office colleagues. The location is also on the side of the big road so it's nice to find it. As a host, chris is also very responsive and helpful. Recommended, value for money, a small house within the city of jakarta.

I stayed this wonderful loft for 4 night as a base for my local business in South Jakarta. Charles kindly picked me up at the airport. This loft is It is beautifully furnished, sunny, spacious, and comfortable. Charles and Retna are always very helpful and attentive to ensure my life here is easy. I will definately come back again in the near future!

Good place to stay in PIK with Family 🙏

Had an amazing stay with 6 of my friends. The atmosphere within the house brings you into a different galaxy all together. All the star wars memorials brings the house to life Rooms are clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Although the location of the house is in a bit of an odd place. There’s a near by mart and so many good food places in walking distance. Close to chinatown. 10/10 would recommend

the place was really nice and very comfortable, the only downside were it’s dusty and the pool could’ve been cleaner. however, overall the place looked exactly like the pictures, there was so many space in the house, and everything was enjoyable. just an input, maybe the owner can put cleaning tools around, thanks!

It was a great pleasure to come back to my hometown and celebrate a family reunion together as our family living separately in a different area of Jabodetabek now. Reina and Nda was a great host that very easy and well to communicate with clear instruction. Check-in was smooth with their staff that has been send. The house itself its spacious and feel homey, with safe neighborhood that our kids with their grandpa's often walking in the morning to the park nearby. There is enough bedroom for all of us and we like to stay home most of the time. My only concerned as the owner not living there personally, so perhaps there is no cleaning or maintenance checked regularly. I very understand this situation as I host on Airbnb myself, so my input to the host is just do some details on wallpaper, stains on the bathroom in general, dusty area including the bottom of the bed, dust on the curtains and there is some spider. Overall this premises have a lot of opportunity, thank you so much.

An excellent place to stay. The house has everything that we need, including good air conditioning and wifi (fast fibre, generally very reliable). The host is very good: one of the best that we know. She is quick to respond to problems and requests. We are grateful that she gave us 3 days free because of our long stay in 2022. Be aware that the house is in a residential neighbourhood so you will have the normal sorts of noises for an area like this. Note especially that the house shares walls with the houses on either side, and behind, so sometimes you may hear repairs from these houses. We had very bad luck during our long stay in 2023 because the neighbours next door did noisy renovations for more than five weeks. We had to leave the house every day (even Sunday). It was difficult because the neighbour and the workmen gave wrong information:first they said that it was one day, then one week etc! However, these renovations are finished and we have made another long booking for 2024.

the place is comfortable to occupy and tias' family is very fast in responding. it's just that the security tried to hold our ID cards so that we who wanted to stay had an unpleasant experience. but we didn't give up and came back to use tias' family's property👍
