The house is located on over an acre of lakefront property. The lake has a public boat launch if your family enjoys water sports or fishing or use the kayaks we provide on site!

The queen bed and large couch sleeps 3 adults. Only 1 mile from Southeastern University and 3 miles to Florida Southern College. Kayaks, stand up paddle board, 4 seater pedal boat, and fishing poles and tackle are provided for your enjoyment. Come unwind and enjoy the lake views from the hammock and private beach!

We are located less than 8.6 miles from Legoland & under 6.2 miles from the Lake Myrtle Sports complex. Winter Haven is halfway between Orlando and Tampa. Around 29 miles to Disney World, Universal and Sea World. Around 38 miles to Bush Gardens, Dali museum, Aquarium and much more!

Enjoy a relaxing getaway on the beautiful Lake Ariana. Two bedrooms with queen beds comfortably accommodating four adults. Fully equipped kitchen and full bathroom with tub. The guesthouse is behind the main home. There is not a view of the lake from inside the guesthouse.

The Little Blue House is a studio,guest house in our backyard. Separate entrance on the opposite side of the main house. This cozy comfortable room has a microwave, small refrigerator/freezer, and Kurig coffee maker( coffee included).It is perfectly located in the historic East Lake Morton, walking distance to Lake Morton, Lake Mirror, and downtown Lakeland. Perfect location to enjoy Lakeland.

You can enjoy a peaceful getaway with beautiful sunset views and tranquil waters during the evenings, and still visit major cities such as Orlando and Tampa during the day which are less than an hour away. Minutes from Southeastern University, Florida Southern, Lake Hollingsworth, and other attractions in the Lakeland area.

Lake Whistler Beach House with lakefront pool

The Lake house is a resort with Paddle boards/Kayaks at no cost to our guests. Enjoy the entire yard and non-public lake with a private beach which offers you fishing. The main house has a pool table,air hockey and live darts! Also there is a BBQ, 4 TV's, cable, internet, movie library and washer/dryer, Pool and pool Jacuzzi. Small fenced back yard for pets (pet fee required).

The Strawberry Field Stilt House

555 square foot house overlooking 30 acres of strawberry fields and trees. Extra guest fee is $20 per person per night after 2. Dogs are allowed with pre-approval. NO cats allowed. There is a $50 pet cleaning fee. Yes you will have the house to yourself. I stay in another house on the same property so I’ll generally be around if you have any questions or issues.
