Garden Retreat - Loire Valley

Our 'Garden Retreat' is a tranquil, elegantly furnished cottage overlooking a sunken garden. The accommodation has a bedroom (queen-sized bed), a fully-equipped kitchen, a sitting area with a sleeper-sofa, and a small office mezzanine. The garden is large with multiple places to sit and enjoy the shade or the sun. The Loire River itself is only 150 yards from the flat. Large individuals take note: the shower is a standard 67cm x 67cm. Although we love pets; but we have a one pet only policy.

In the heart of Langeais, come and discover on foot, its famous castle, shops and Sunday market. You are staying on the outskirts of Rigny Ussé, Azay Le Rideau, Villandry, Chenonceau, Amboise,... You have the visits to historic castles, the famous vineyards and their tourist wineries, the beautiful Loire by bike, the Beauval zoo.

Longère located in the bucolic Racault valley surrounded by 2 wooded hillsides between which Le Breuil flows. The house offers a large garden, a wood located above on the hillside and a field on the other side of the road bordering Le Breuil opposite the house. Place particularly appreciated during periods of heat. Ideally located for visits to castles and cellars (Bourgueil, Chinon, Vouvray, Montlouis) etc... Easy departure for numerous walks or bike rides.

PLEASE NOTE, check-in is only possible from 2pm to 6pm as I do not live on the premises. Come and discover an unusual 40 m² south-facing dwelling, dug into the rock, which ensures a cool temperature in summer and warm in winter. It consists of a large living room with kitchen area, bedroom, storage area and bathroom. Its location is ideal for discovering the Loire Valley and its castles. Located 5 km from the A 85 and 10 km from Villandry.

Ideally located to visit the castles of Langeais, Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau, Islette, Rigny-Ussé... We offer to share our pool (covered if the weather is bad).

We will be happy to welcome you to the studio that we have carefully furnished, so that you can have a pleasant stay. You will have a terrace and private secure parking. This studio is located on our land, but is independent of our accommodation. Our village is located on the Loire Valley Castles Route, a few km from the "Loire à vélo" circuit. The nearest railway station is 2 km away.

Tourangelles Stables

Old stables just restored, on a fully enclosed plot, quiet, close to many Loire Valley castles and on the Loire Valley bike path. You can rest in this peaceful environment equipped with all the necessities. Private parking in front of the house is available. Possibility to rent 18 beds, spread over 3 houses, less than 100 m from each other.
