Ideal for families and groups of friends, the villa is located in Öykütepe, 2 km from Tirilye, an old fishing village. Establishing a strong connection between modern architecture and the natural environment, this house has a pool hidden in the forest and panoramic mountain, valley and sea views. It can be used as two separate residences with a retractable mezzanine door. There is a vegetable garden and fruit trees in the garden. It is 90 minutes from Istanbul and 25 minutes from Bursa.

I have a cat at home, Luna, so friendly. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking with 2 windows and also seaview. 🐿
