In winter, it is very close to the ski lifts (10 minutes to Nowa Osada, 5 minutes to Siglany), in summer, it is a 5-minute walk to the river and to the tennis courts. The house has a large sauna (4-6 people) and a year-round indoor pool overlooking the garden. The pool is heated and can also be used as a jacuzzi (water massage). The property can accommodate 5 cars. From the house it is very close to a new large supermarket (5 minutes on foot) very convenient for family shopping.
