Good place to stay in Pemba.

Beautiful place to stay with beach access right out your door! Quiet, clean and Maarten is a wonderful host. Great communication and he works hard to make sure you have what you need. My only suggestion is to rent a car if you’re going g to be there for more than a few days do you can get into town for groceries etc… Shard kitchen is decently equipped. I would stay here again.

I recommend this place for a relaxing, quiet stay, feet in the water, for families or groups of friends.

We spent 9 days at Genevieve’s wonderful place, where we were able to delightfully relax in this really spacious and comfortable home! And such a lush garden!!! The house is big with a well-equipped kitchen and all facilities you may think of. Everything was perfectly clean and maintained. We loved the neighborhood, very quiet though in the middle of a local community, the beach and restaurants in walking distance. But still, the highlight was Genevieve and her team. Genevieve was thoroughly responsive, attentive and accommodating for helping us with any advice and ground transportation from the airport. Jax was exceptionally caring, considerate and helpful with recommendations and some daily needs. We’ve seldom been so warmly expected and welcomed before. Everything went incredibly well and we thank you all for being so generous. Highly recommended place and host.

Beautiful spot on an empty beach. Georges and his staff are very welcoming- attentive and discreet. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the design and attention to detail in the beautiful wooden venue is great. They serve very tasty and healthy fish dinners and are always around to help cater for your requests. It really comes highly recommended.

Laura went above and beyond to help me on arrival even though she wasn’t there in person. The house remained pleasantly cool, an oasis in the heat! It was really easy getting around, so many motor bikes pass by you will not be waiting long. Sumail and his family live on site. Sumail is extremely friendly and helpful.
