Our stay at Dora’s Cottage was absolutely delightful — peaceful, comfortable, and filled with the warm charm of Barbados. The cottage is nestled in a quiet, safe neighborhood, making it the perfect retreat to relax and recharge, while still being conveniently close to beaches, shops, and restaurants. The space was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to soft linens. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area — ideal for morning coffee and unwinding after a day of exploring the island. Corey was a fantastic host — welcoming, responsive, and full of great local recommendations. His hospitality truly made the experience feel personal and memorable. The cottage is private, not a shared space, which is great. The fire pit is a great addition to just enjoy a fire and some wine or tea. I would definitely do this again.

My girlfriend and I had an unbelievable time at Quincy and Anthony’s place! It was the most amazing and peaceful trip ever. Anthony was so friendly and so responsive to any questions we had about the area and anything else. I will most likely be staying here every time i come back to barbados. I highly recommend this stay. The nature and wildlife is so beautiful with monkeys and everything. The place has everything you need. Although there is no AC, the breeze from the wind keeps the place super cool at night and during the day so there was really no need at all. We felt as comfortable as it gets!!!

Bodie’s place is in a stunning location, just opposite the beach at Bathsheba. We stayed for 3 nights to chill before coming home to the UK after visiting family. The view from the new decking is memorising - this area made the place for me, it’s a great addition. I spent hours lying on the deck, taking in the view. It’s a short walk to Dina’s, The Roundhouse & other places for food/drinks, both are reasonably priced. There is a bus stop right outside & buses past by often. The house is cosy with a cute beach theme. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you would expect. Only thing missing was a tea towel. The bedding was clean and the bed was very comfortable. A/C worked well. We met Bodie who was very friendly and accommodating, offering us a late check out at no extra cost. He told us there was a surf competition in the Soup Bowl which we wandered across to watch, using the beach chairs provided. If you’re a surfer, or just love Bathsheba, this place is perfect.

Lovely peaceful and beautiful location in the countryside, with some lovely local walks down the coast. I would highly recommend going to Andromeda botanical gardens in Bathsheba, the restaurant attached to it served the most amazing food worth visiting just for that. The bus is about 35 - 45 mins into Bridgetown, the bus stop is about 15 min walk away. If you can rent a car it would make your life a lot more convenient and you can see more places. Great place to stay :)

Staying with Charlene was nothing short of amazing. her home away from home is beautifully located in an add-on to her own residence so as a solo female traveller I felt ok. The place is kitted out with all that you could ask for with really helpful smart lock doors getting in at any time was easy. I was coming back from a very late night trip from trinidad and she still waited up to greet me. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook. the bathroom bedroom and living area has everything you need and is very comfy. I do believe the space is slightly smaller than the pictures might lead one to believe. The space is perfect for one person or a couple. Charlene is a very responsive host. You definitely need a car for this location and there is parking with the residence. Thank you again Charlene I will definitely be back.

The directions to get to this beautiful Airbnb was very detailed and accurate. If it weren’t for these, I don’t know that we would of found the room on our own. Zharia gave clear instructions! This home was beautiful and had pretty scenery. It’s truly a country setting. Very comfortable and relaxing! We enjoyed our stay here. It’s far away from the airport but we didn’t mind the drive. The home had everything needed with a full kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.
