Comparten con su vecindario la luz del sol en cada ventana y un paisaje rodeado de verde y de montañas. Cada uno de ellos cuenta con un dormitorio para 2 o 3 personas con un Sommier Queen, cocina comedor equipada a nuevo, baño completo y alarma independiente.
