Big advantage is the location and Runima was right there when needed. Though the apartment is old, it has everything around it with good greenery. The maintenance was very good. The house was getting cleaned everyday, towels and linens were changed, water was getting replaced everyday, utensils were cleaned and the kitchen has all the basic things needed to make you feel at home. Overall a very good experience and would love to pick them whenever I'm visiting again. Thanks, Runima.

We had a long stay at this place with kids. The place perfectly suited to our requirement. The host Malini was very proactive and helpful that made our stay without any hassles. About the property : Two bedrooms have air conditioning and the living room is having fan. Kitchen is well thought for short and long stays. We had a great stay at Malini’s place. I would absolutely recommend this place for short or long stays for a family of 3 or 4.

We had a comfortable stay at this place. It is very conveniently located with all amenities available at walking distance. Sumi was very responsive at all times and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The place is spacious with big rooms and everything was provided as per description. It has elevator access as well which was required for us, due to my mom’s surgery. We didn’t have any problem during our stay. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy comfortable.

Jude place is very comfortable for a short/long stay. He is very friendly and always responsive. His place has plenty of free space across the apartment and surrounding neighbourhood. Additionally hassle free parking space outside of the apartment and friendly neighbourhood. Easy to access all the shops from his place. I would highly recommend his place for either short or long term stay. I love to stay back in his place when I visit India again. Thanks for hosting us for a month in your place and we throughly enjoyed the stay at your place.

Chandrasekharan and the caretaker Mukundan are very nice individuals who offer a very comfortable stay. All they ask is that you respect their place and please do treat the house as your own. We were in and out of the house as we had to get a few things done although were very comfortable when we went back to sleep. Would highly recommend it if you're travelling to shop in and around the area or even T.nagar!

We booked the place to celebrate our son's birthday along with our friends and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The house and the pool was kept clean and there was an attendant to help out with the queries. Though I did not meet the caretaker in person but he was responsive and easy to reach out to over phone. The place is easily accessible from the main road.

It is extremely accurately described. The place is lovely and free from the city noise. The amenities are exactly as listed. I lived here for 2 months and am extremely glad I chose to live with the family. The host lives with her family downstairs and is always really sweet. The best part is the square footage of the house. The living room, the bed rooms as well as the kitchen and bathroom are quite spacious and soberly decorated. The wifi speed is good and you will always have connectivity in your room. The fridge has a lock that can be used if you are leaving the house open for the maid to come and work. (The fridge overall is not that good -- the freezer does not work the best but you can manage as long as it is not icecream). You will have all utensils. The house has power backup and voltage stabilizers to support Chennai's erratic power supply. The smaller room AC needs to be cleaned (I feel) since the cooling went down significantly over the course of 2 months -- else amazing.

Anand’s place is diagonally opposite to Elliot’s beach. Although there is no sea view from the apartment, the sea is right there, just downstairs! The apartment is old, but it is clean and well maintained. It is spacious and for the three of us it was luxurious. Thank you Anand, we enjoyed staying at your place and will do so again when we visit Chennai.

I booked Ceann's to host the Bride's family during my wedding. The place felt like home. Everything was arranged before we reached there. The host was very friendly and assisted us whenever needed. Second stay at Anbu's, could not complete the stay due to personal reasons. The stay was comfortable and felt right at home. One thing about staying at Anbu's is that he will go to great lengths to ensure your stay is utmost comfortable. He is a humble and friendly host. The property is exactly like the photos. The house is a standalone independent corner plot with a spacious veranda in front and a personal rooftop with sitting area where you can catch flights taking off from Chennai Airport at close glimpse while sipping tea. The kitchen is spacious and clean. Bathrooms are neat, western one is difficult for tall legged people. Bedrooms are cozy and beds are comfortable. You will find the fridge stashed with snacks and the house equipped with necessary things for many days to day activities. 3 study tables for everyone to use. Dining table is fairly sized too. The property is new and just like home. All the best to Anbu for his future endeavours. Hope to meet again soon.

One of the best places I have ever stayed in Chennai. From Check-in - Check out , I had a great experience staying in Ash’s place. It’s a neat and great studio apartment with Top notch facilities and has a nice view and located in a Prime Location. Ash is an AWESOME Host , The instructions were clear and helpful and no need to worry about your Privacy and safety. I definitely will stay here if I visit Chennai again.

Best place for family and kids to stay . Clean rooms with all amenities. Very peaceful stay. Location is very good. All rooms hall kitchen same as described in pictures. My kids love this place. Host is also very active and kind to us all information shares truly. As the appartment is on main road so its very easy to get cabs or autos just in front of gate. Thanks to host and airbnb.

At night, some dogs are around, but not a big issue unless you arrive late night, as it might be slightly uncomfortable. There was a minor water issue one night, but otherwise, everything was fine.
