The house was spacious, clean and contained everything we needed. The host was welcoming and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Very nice and quiet semi-detached house located in a residential area. The accessibility of public transport to Prague is very good. We really enjoyed our time there. Our landlady Pavlina was very friendly and always responded to inquiries quite quickly. I highly recommend this place.

My wife and I stayed with our granddaughter for a week, the house was beautiful with everything that we needed to feel like home. The gardens are lovely and the pool is lovely too, better than the pictures even. It is situated in a lovely quiet and green area with an easy walk to the local village and bus stops close by for easy transport around if needed. Milan and his family were very friendly and helpful and we felt like we were staying with friends. Thank you for a lovely week.

Very comfortable, even used swimming pool and lovely spacious garden with BBQ House had every comfort. No TV, but we didn't need it either. A 20-minute drive from the city center with your own car. And 5 minutes drive to big supermarket Billy.

The place was seamless and went smoothly. I very much appreciate that a pet stay was also allowed. The whole process was easy and enjoyable. I was very satisfied with the accommodation. Would highly recommend to anyone. The personal contact with the owner was friendly and helpful. The place is in a quiet residential area with a lot of greenery around, ideal as a starting point for walking around. The only thing to be careful about, but if you go with a dog, is a spiral staircase, which is not very suitable for his movement, at least ours, a smaller breed, had problems with it and we had to carry it on our hands. Which does not matter, I was just afraid that one day he would think of going down and it doesn't go well... we solved it by a makeshift blockade from the two poufs present, fortunately, he did not have the tendency to skip them:D Maybe in the future such advice that came to my mind in the future, installing a door as for children, certainly for parents it will be peace of mind to know that there is no danger of falling from such stairs.

my friends and i stayed at petrs appartement and had such a lovely time. the apartment was beautifully decorated, very clean and came with the most stunning views. would definitely recommend to anyone looking to see the quieter side of prague 😊

Great place for a large or small group and the sauna is a real seller!

Alexandra was truly helpful with every question. The place is homey, comfortable and spacious. You can work remotely with comfort, feel like home while you enjoy the city of Prague.

Great and very spacious house, with everything u need to cook & dine with guests (plates, cutlery, etc.)👍🏻 as well as to make a barbecue outside. Good-looking interior design with original art pieces & cozy furniture. This place was a great choice for us! (P.S. Keep in mind that this is a private area, and you’ll be asked to keep the noise down after 10 PM: even though it’s a separate house, the sound still carries)

Stayed here for two nights during a road trip from Italy to Finland. The location is excellent — quiet enough to have a good night’s sleep, but a short walking distance from main attractions. A number of pubs, resraurants and grocery stores close by. The loft (upstairs) has a good ceiling height; at 6’2’’ we managed fine. Downstairs can get a bit humid during rainy days and there is a trace of mildew; however, we did not find this a problem. We recommend NOT to arrive by car. Parking provided by host is safe, very close to the apartment and convenient, but expensive. Contrary to some reviews, we prefer checking in by meeting the host; I found the messaging/calling less stressful than using an e-portal. But again, YMMV. All in all, we RECOMMEND this place and would personally re-book it.

We stayed at Richard’s place to celebrate New Year’s Eve in Prague, and it was an exceptional experience. The apartment was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Richard’s communication was excellent throughout. He provided clear instructions for check-in, accurate details about the property, and even surprised us with complimentary wine and cookies, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the metro and tram, making it convenient to explore the city. The apartment truly felt like a home away from home, offering all the amenities and comfort we could ask for. A highlight was the barista-grade coffee machine, which allowed us to enjoy café-quality cappuccinos every morning. I would highly recommend Richard’s place to anyone planning to visit Prague—you won’t be disappointed!

Excellent location in the center of Prague, being possible to visit the center on foot. Simultaneously, it's a quiet place to rest at night. Very cozy apartment and great cleanliness. Ease of check-in and check-out. The only downside is the lack of toaster in the kitchen. I recommend staying!
