A house overlooking the sea, in a beautiful, quiet district of Gdynia, 3 min. on foot from the beach and 1.5 km of boulevard. There is a waffle and ice cream bar nearby, and a clearing with a fire place and a playground for children. The nearest stop is 7 min walk from the house, from which there is a bus to the city center of Gdynia (20 min). It's the perfect place for a peaceful getaway away from the crowd of tourists, with the opportunity to easily get around and explore the city.

An intimate 30-meter cottage on a fenced-in plot. The open-plan cottage has a seating and bedroom area, kitchen, dining room, and bathroom. The cottage is heated by a fireplace and air conditioning.
