In my opinion, Sergey’s apartment is located in the best area of the city! On one side, you have two beautiful, large parks with lakes; on the other, the vibrant city center with all its charm. The apartment's design is truly impressive, and the cleanliness, comfort, and view from the window are incredibly inspiring. Everything is convenient, stylish, and top-notch. I can’t wait to return to this apartment!

Отличная квартира, в которой есть всё необходимое. Виктор, хозяин квартиры - очень приятный в общении, неравнодушный, всё подробно нам объяснял, а также давал ценные советы по пребыванию в Кишинёве и окрестностях. Такая же приятная у него мама. Также нам понравился район Ботаника, где находится квартира. Не самый центр, но есть вся необходимая инфраструктура, 4 больших супермаркета и большой красивый парк. До аэропорта 15 минут на троллейбусе. Мы очень довольны квартирой и с удовольствием остановимся здесь вновь.

The apartment was clean and easy to access. Surprisingly quiet for such a central location. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance.

Apartament curat, aranjat cu gust și "miros de nou". Poziție foarte bună în cartier (transport public, magazine, schimb valutar etc.) Am apreciat mult serviciul de transport aeroport-apartament la preț rezonabil. Host-ul este disponibil și răspunde rapid la mesaje! Recomand!

Большое спасибо Ивану! Хозяин отзывчивый, отвечает моментально. Квартира отличная, находится прямо возле медицинского центра, как мы и искали. Также в пешей доступности от центра или рышкановки. В квартире есть все необходимое для жизни. Дом хороший, новый. Территория закрытая и охраняемая. Нам все очень понравилось!

Great stay. Central location, safe and quite. Very comfy bed and was spotlessly clean

Andrew and Cris were so kind and helpful. I have to admit that the flat is old, and had a few problems, but they went out of their way to help. The location is very convenient with a bus stop just outside and shops nearby.

Хорошая квартира. Чистая, уютная, все как на фото. Хозяева пошли навстречу, разрешили чуть раньше заехать и чуть позже выехать. Есть необходимая посуда, рядом в пешей доступности магазины и остановки общественного транспорта. Хозяева были все время на связи, быстро отвечали на вопросы. Рекомендуем. Большое спасибо за гостеприимство.

Very nice place and peaceful nice park just down the road lakes etc if u want a peaceful and comfortable stay ..definitely stay at this place. for sure I will stay again there .Thnks Alina

Foarte bine dotat, mobilat vintage, gazda receptiva. Parcare gratuita in zona. O sa revin cu placere si recomand.

Apartamentul, e bine poziționat și confortabil, însă scările mi se par la propriu periculoase, sunt circulare și inegale atât ca suprafață scării cat și ca distanță între ele, astfel, o mișcare greșită și poți cădea. În rest, apartamentul a corespuns așteptărilor, proprietarul a fost prietenos și răspundea rapid la mesaje.

Great location, close to the airport, good check in/out experience, very friendly host. The only drawback that the room was a bit damp. But I really recommend this stay:)

I had a wonderful stay at Victoria's place. The apartment is really nice, clean, well-maintained, and has everything I needed: kitchen, washing machine, even bathtub. It's very quiet, located in a residential area in the north part of the city, the center can be easily reached by buses that stop very close to the apartment. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby (pizza restaurants, one of which has other types of dishes too, and kebab restaurants), and a 25-minute walk or short bus ride away is Muscova blvd. which has many eating establishments. Victoria's brother Alex was the perfect host: friendly, helpful, welcoming, excellent with communication. It was a great airbnb experience that I highly recommend.

Apartament curat, situat la etajul 8 într-un bloc nou, aproape de centru orașului. Feodosie ne-a întâmpinat și ne-a făcut câteva recomandări. Foarte util locul de parcare privat. În apartament găsești tot ce ai nevoie. Ne-am întorsrce oricand. Recomand.

Все супер, расположение, быстрый интернет для работы, большая квартира, рабочий фен и отсутствие плесени в ванной. Хозяин сверхбыстро отвечает. Самостоятельное заселение- мечта интроверта. Дочке понравилась двухэтажная кровать и много места чтоб поиграть в прятки.

This property is absolutely fantastic! Somehow, photos do not give it full justice, so to add clarity, here are a few things that pleasantly surprised me in this apartment: 1. The TV is bigger than in the photos! (At least than in some photos). It must be 80-90 Inches across - it's massive. TV also has YouTube and Netflix, great sound too! 2. The sofa is very comfortable, with adjustable back sides. Easy to relax & unwind, in front of TV, or reading, chilling. 3. Floors are heated! Which feels wonderful in the winter - no need for slippers in the living room. The apartment generally is warm and temperature can be adjusted. It's also very quiet. 4. There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment! The main one, with the bath tub, and the 2nd one with a shower. 5. There is a professional coffee machine, which makes great coffee! There are teas and drinking water. While this place is not cheap, it's worth every penny. Honestly, I felt I got more value than I paid for! Book, you won't regret it.
