Very cozy apartment is situated in the center of the Botanica district right next to the park, lakes and amusement park. There are markets, pharmacy and the restaurants next to the house. The apartment is situated on the 9th floor ( the last one), no neighbors upstairs. Sleeping area, fresh air, beautiful view. Very close to public transport and very cheap taxi services. There is everything you need inside the apartment including the information helpful for you.
