The approx. 1500 sqm yard is completely fenced and offers plenty of space to play, barbecue, etc. The living barn with open bedroom , integrated kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, and terrace is the heart of the property. In the house there are 2 further bedrooms with bathroom and toilet. Zied is about one hour from Hermannstadt and an ideal starting point for excursions in Transylvania.

This is a quiet, authentic Transylvanian house set in a historic traditional Saxon village background. Alexandra, your local host, is very nice and speaks English. In April & October the house is heated with a traditional terracotta fireplace. House facilities: one bedroom with a double bed and one with twin beds, two bathrooms, kitchen, shared courtyard, parking. If you are part of bigger group, rent also Alma Vii 103B, located in the same yard. Children 3-12 years old pay half of the price.

Come and stay at our farmhouse in the heart of Transylvania. We're renting out our rustic holiday home, situated in the peaceful, quiet village of Veseud. We have everything you need for your stay - a huge garden, where you can lounge in hammocks, two terraces where you can while away the evenings, and a spacious barn where you can chill if it happens to be raining. As this is our holiday home, we won't be around to host you, but our very nice neighbours Ioana and Ciprian will be there to help.

Our village is situated between Brasov city and Sibiu city, 2 km to the national way DN 1, 15 km to the faimous roud "trasfagarasan", 15 km to the highest mountains in Romania.The house is an old house wich preserves the atmosphere of the 1900s, the furniture has over 100 years old. It is a good place to experience the original peasant life in the middle of Transylvania. Here it is a good place and a easy way to discover our Country, our culture and our life.

My stay at Dana’s lovely Airbnb in Cârțișoara was truly memorable! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and felt right at home. The location was perfect, surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of the Carpathian Mountains, offering a peaceful retreat from the bustling city life. However, I must mention a couple of areas that could be improved. The Wi-Fi connection was quite poor during my stay, which made it a bit challenging to stay connected with loved ones and plan my daily activities. While I understand that a rural location can have limitations, I hope Dana can find a solution to enhance the internet connectivity for future guests. Additionally, the water flow in the shower was very weak, and this was a bit disappointing after a long day of hiking. It took a while to rinse off and felt like a bit of a letdown compared to the otherwise fantastic experience.

Spacious chalet, cozy and warm place, beautifully decorated within the Christmas spirit, with a lovely fireplace, located in a picturesque area, a quite and nice village. The place was clean and well maintained, equipped with all amaneties to make every guest a pleasant stay. Spent there 5 nights and it was a great experience. Owners were very friendly and helpful.

AMAZING! Sooooo peaceful & absolutely stunning location. Beautiful garden with hammocks (great touch) with the village’s castle right opposite looking over the garden. Gorgeous house, beautiful furnishings. Perfect place to stay. Went to some of the other touristy villages (Viscri) beofre this one, they were awful compared to this one Alma Vii. It’s quiet & peaceful. 10/10.
