All bedrooms have a balcony with a beautiful view and work area. Shared bathroom. We have a garden, kitchen, living room, dining room and additional bathroom on the first level. There is an additional cost for using the barbecue.

Good location, it has what's in the pictures, it also has a heater, a type of portable air conditioning, a microwave, a water heater, it's just worth mentioning that it's a hotel room and the gatekeeper was very friendly and helpful at all times, we were late for check-out and very aware 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

It is a very cozy and comfortable place. You feel at home and Celeste is very attentive.

love the place 3- 5 min ( walking ) away from the church easy to get to will stay again

Comfort and Peace Close to the Basilica Our stay at the "Casa Don Fabian" in Esquipulas was just what we needed. We were looking for a comfortable and quiet place to relax after visiting the Basilica, and this accommodation exceeded our expectations. The living quarters were immaculately very clean and had all the basics: a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a private bathroom. We really liked the proximity to the Basilica of the Black Christ. The host was very attentive and helpful, always willing to help and offer local recommendations. We feel genuine hospitality. If you are looking for a practical, clean place with a great location for your visit to Esquipulas, Don Fabian's House is a fantastic option, we definitely hope to return very soon.

Excellent attention received by the host, including good recommendations and information. Close enough to the Bacilica, like to walk and leave the cart safe in the accommodation.
