Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Chippewa County

We had to cancel our trip last minute due to health concerns and heavy smoke from Canada. Jake was very responsive to messages and understanding of our health concerns. They were supportive and very professional in all communication and I hope to visit their listing later in the year. I have never had to cancel a reservation and deeply appreciate their understanding and respectful communication during our decision.

The Saunna works well. If you have a pet with you the small fenced yard is great. But if you pet is small, beware of gaps at the gate and by house. Escape artist dogs should stay on a leash. The enclosed porch is very cosy. Over all a very nice space.

1 st time stay, bed was comfotable, good location, pegect for what we needed, would definitely stay here again

We really enjoyed our time here! The space was just as described and pictured. It was very well appointed. My daughter, couple friends and I enjoyed playing board games that were available. The kitchen was really well equipped as we made a couple dinners while we were there. The location was an easy drive or walk to downtown St. Ignace and the ferry to get to Mackinac Island. Would definitely stay there again when we are in the area again! And thanks for the bottle of Michigan wine. It was a happy surprise after a long day of driving!

Nice place, nice view. Nicely stocked with the basics. Super cold water and super hot water instantly available was a nice bonus. No problems.

Felt like we fit right into the location. Very safe location. No issues with neighbors - never bothered us.

Second year in a row I've stayed at Steve's place. Best AirBNB in the area for me to fish the Les Chenneaux Islands and Raber area. Plenty of room to park my truck and boat. House is super clean. Has all the amenities. Quite and peaceful. Goetzville Tavern is a 5 minute walk up the road. Steve recommended it. Just opened. Has Great Food! Steve is a great host. Quick to respond if any issures arise. Will be booking there next year too

Spent a few days snowmobiling out of this place. Was a great place to stay.

We stayed at Pond #8 which was a short drive from the main resort. We didn’t use any of the resort amenities because we enjoyed our cabin so much! The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s the perfect wilderness getaway. The staff at check in/out were very friendly. We will definitely be coming back and staying longer.

Cabin had a nice view of lake and swimming area was walking distance

The place was great if you like log cabins. We did not have any heat until we called and the maintenance men brought heaters at 10pm the first night. The front desk did a wounderful job of handling the situation and much praise goes out to her. We did get to see a bear investigating the cabin. He made great picture but we stayed in the car.

We had a great stay the home was beautiful, loved sitting on the deck over looking the pond. It was very clean with all that we need for our trip. Second time staying at one of your homes during our Jeep the Mac trip. Look forward to coming back again.

Such a beautiful and peaceful place to escape!! There are a lot of amenities not listed but nice to find upon arrival. We loved the decor inside and outside!!🏌️⛳️ The only complaint would be the ants but we understand that the house is in the woods after all !! Lol That was the least of our worries. Make sure you leave NO FOOD outside or you will have visitors of the big burly furry type!! 🧸🐻🤣 Overall a beautiful peaceful private vacation spot!

We had another stay booked that didn’t meet expectations. Found Allen’s place and it was perfect. This place has everything anyone staying would need. They have everything you can think of extras of everything you cannot think of. Great stay and wonderful hospitality.

A great place to stay. It was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with all the desired amenities. Lester was friendly and communicated well. He cleared the snow before we arrived and offered to clear the snow again during our stay. We will be return customers and will recommend to family and friends.

Wonderful cozy stay. Description is accurate and the surroundings are gorgeous. We took a long walk around the area where the house is and it’s stunning.

Rae’s place was one of a kind. Perfect to enjoy quality time with the family. We loved the private beach area. And certainly had a lot of fun in the water with the canoe and kayaks. Rae was very attentive and went out of her way to help us find a vet in the area to see our puppy. Everyone in the island was super friendly. I recommend Ends Trail if you are looking for a place to relax and truly disconnect from everything.

Elizabeth's place was perfect for our snowmobile group! Trails were right there and easy to get to. The view at the house was perfect, it was private and just beautiful all around. Check in and out was so easy and communication was great! Thank you for sharing your place with us, we had a blast!

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay. The cabin was super clean and very cozy. The view is breathtaking! The fire pit and sauna were so much fun! The beach was lovely, with beautiful sand and lots of space. The cabin was warm even though it was cold outside, and the sheets and linens were like new. There were cards and board games, and two TVs, though we never turned them on. Kevin was very accommodating. We arrived really late, 2 AM, and Kevin was responsive when we messaged him. We didn’t realize that there was a second rental house on the property (couldn’t see in the dark). The other rental was at the entrance of the property, and we couldn’t figure out why the door wasn’t opening with our code. Kevin responded right away and was kind and helpful even though it was the middle of the night. We will definitely return!

Honestly it’s as beautiful in person like the pictures. Clean , location is great and breath taking views. Will definitely come back. Thank you

The Yurt was awesome! Great location. Nice and peaceful. The onsite restrooms and shower are very close and nice and clean. The Yurt was an experience and the provided A/C and heater were a plus! I would definitely stay again.
