Couldn’t have chosen a better. place. Apartment was beautiful and equipped with everything I needed (and lots of lovely touches / local design). Was welcomed by Rachael Edgar and her lovely boys. Great place , great location and host very helpful. I will definitely be back when I visit Chipata in the near future. Very many thanks :)

The hosts were very welcoming - very attentive and helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. The apartment was well equipped with modern amenities and the hosts had even left some treats to enjoy! The apartment is a great place to stay in Chipata - quiet and peaceful, out of the main hustle and bustle of the town. I was there for work and it was the ideal place to stay. Cleaning staff are friendly and there is good security with guards on both day and night. I would highly recommend this apartment as an alternative to a lodge especially if you like to prepare your own meals and have flexibility. I look forward to going back in the future!

This was our first time going to Chipata and it was the perfect stay. It was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. There were two showers and three toilets, so we stayed with six people, but there was no problem. There were also guards, so I had a worry-free stay. Above all, the owner was very kind and helpful, which was appreciated.

The bedroom features two wooden beds, each draped with mosquito nets. The beds are covered with neatly arranged blankets in plaid patterns of orange and black. A small bedside table is positioned next to one of the beds, while the room is filled with natural light.

Located in Chipata town which is 160km from South Luangwa Park and 30 km from the Malawi border. The house is near to a bakery and grocery store and a few minutes away from shopping malls and bus station. It is in a safe neighbourhood. It has a spacious fenced parking area a secluded garden, a picnic table and a refreshing veranda area. We offer a private bedroom, with mosquito net and ventilator. Kitchen and sitting room are to be shared with the owners at times. There are one dog and a cat.
