Myriam and her son Richard are excellent hosts. They communicate quickly and clearly from start to finish. Doña Hilda, the housekeeper, is also a very kind and lovely person. The house is absolutely beautiful. 10/10. The Hacienda is located on a large private piece of land. It’s 20-25 mins from the center of Villa de Leyva. We have a 4x4 car so it was no problem, but in a regular car the drive is not easy. It’s unpaved and uneven dirt roads. I wouldn’t let this stop you from staying here as the location is peaceful and surrounded by nature which we intentionally selected. The land is so peaceful and perfectly maintained with a pond outside the house and wonderful trees/flowers. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking/cleaning. We did a BBQ outside on the final night in the brick oven. The bedrooms are comfortable with space for a big group + lots of bathrooms. Overall we were 100% happy with our stay. No issues at all. Would stay here again without question. Thank you!

this place although is far in a rural area is amazing, the location is very peaceful and up closed to nature, nature at its finest!! the host was very responsive and very helpful. the host has breakfast and other items available for sale and it’s very convenient because of the location. I highly recommend this place if you are a nature person and you are looking for a place to get away.

Don Vicente nos recibió muy amable, dándonos todas las instrucciones específicas para entrar y sentirnos a gusto. Al otro día desayunamos cerca a un restaurante (10 minutos caminando), Don Vicente nos mandó con su mascota (un perro) a que nos guiara al restaurante y sorprendentemente nos llevó y guió hasta allá :), aparte pudimos ver gallinas, cabritos, patos que tienen en la misma finca donde están los Glamping. El sitio muy limpio y bonito, mejor que en las fotos las camas del segundo nivel dentro del Glamping las recomendaría para niños únicamente, el jacuzzi funcionó muy bien, recomendaría al huésped que vaya que lleve algún jabón o espuma para el jacuzzi para mejor uso de este. Muy bonito el sitio y tranquilo. Al irnos compramos huevos campesinos con Don Vicente! Muy agradecida por la estadía y trato allí.

Glamping con río y cascada

El lugar es espectacular!!! Mucho mas lindo de lo que nos imaginamos. Todo muy organizado, el Personal súper atento. La cabaña hermosa! Levantarse con esas vistas no tiene precio, se escucha la cascada de fondo, también se la puede ir a visitar. No se puede explicar con palabras este lugar! Volveríamos sin dudarlo. Súper recomendable
