In the house there is a small sitting room, kitchen/dining room, two bedrooms, one with an en suite toilet and basin. Bathroom has a toilet, shower, bath and basin. Undercover area set for eating alfresco and relaxing where you will also find a ground floor toilet and shower. Parking. Large garden.

Le gîte est agencé comme un studio, avec une grande pièce salon-chambre, un coin cuisine et une salle de bain séparée. Les toilettes sont dans la salle de bain. Tout est de plain pied et donne directement sur le jardin. Parking public et gratuit devant la propriété.

Entièrement refait a neuf ,classé 3 étoiles meublé de tourisme, le logement est composé une pièce principale de 30 m2 où l'on trouve une cuisine équipée et un canapé lit avec ouverture facile avec un vrai matelas en 140 , une chambre de 14m2 avec son lit en 160x200 et une salle de douche .
