A "Tiny house on the water". Your home-base for exploring Delmarva! Serendipity is a vintage 36ft Holiday Mansion, nestled at Baywater Landing Marina in the stunning salt-water marshes of the Chincoteague Bay. From here, you are 35 minutes from Ocean City, MD, and 45 minutes from Chincoteague Island, VA. Serendipity remains docked, but guests have access to kayaks and paddle boards at no additional charge. Baywater Landing is secluded- some even say "boring"- but we think that's the whole point!

Enjoy the view from the front porch or while relaxing around the fire pit. Visit the adorable beach town of Cape Charles, complete with a beautiful beach, brewery, distillery and plenty of restaurant options, or stop by the nearby vineyard for some local wine. Beautiful space in and out! Vacation efficiency, situated right on the bay with views of Assateague across the way, Chincoteague ponies are on premises. Coastal charm at its finest, there are 2 queen bedrooms and livingroom/breakfast room, all with a view. No full kitchen. Microwave, toaster, small fridge, stocked Keurig coffee and tea station and shared outdoor cooking area, sink and bbq grill. This is the entire upstairs of the house, full staircase to get up to the second floor.

We are thrilled to host guests at the newly renovated Water's Edge Cottage -- a serene oasis offering what may be the best views on the Potomac. The rural charm of St. Mary’s County is among Maryland’s best kept secrets -- 90 minutes but a world away from Washington DC (with no Bay Bridge traffic!). We are near historic Leonardtown, boasting one of Maryland’s few remaining town squares (we affectionately call it “Mayberry”).

Fully equipped kitchen, Queen bed, bathroom, pull out queen sofa bed with privacy wall to make 2rd bedroom. Close to beaches and town.

Weems Creek Cottage, Annapolis Waterfront

(August, 2025) Jim is the best host we’ve ever had. Super responsive, reached out to let us know the place was ready and we could check in early. The house is perfect size for 2 adults and a kid. Beautiful view and really comfortable. We loved the screened in porch. We walked to breakfast at the smoothie place and had a great walk down to the naval academy. We would definitely stay here again.
