The house is just as it appears in the photos. Very nice and comfortable The condo has all the necessary amenities. There is a very good winery and a good restaurant less than a 5-minute drive away (at the exit of the Panamericana and entrance to the road that leads to the condominium). The sea is very calm and the beach is open and with enough space to be comfortable. In short, an ideal place to rest and enjoy with the family. Monica was an excellent host. He responded immediately and very kindly.

The house is as described in the photos, the communication was really good and they were really kind, they made everything easy for us at all times and the instructions made it easy to get there.

Very good place to stay with the family, our children enjoyed the cute garden{in and the pool, and the adults we showed up with the grill and clay oven. The nights are peaceful, to really get away from the routine and noise of the city. The house has everything, literally. Bernardo is an excellent host, he answers any questions very quickly.

The house is modern and impeccable. The large pool, the fire pit, needless to say, gave a super touch to our stay. My family loved the house and in fact it will be the place always chosen in Chincha. In addition, Cecilia was very clear with everything from the beginning and personally took care to make sure the house was ready before our arrival. We had a great few days in the house, which was exactly as presented in the listing. The place is super quiet, and its proximity to the plaza allowed us to get to know a little about the culture of El Carmen. Andherlys was always in communication, and had nice details to feel welcome. If I would recommend to wear repellent as the vegetation in the area makes flies and mosquitoes, but it is still manageable. We'll definitely be back again another time.

This is the second time I've seen Erick's place, and I still think it's the best choice of accommodation in Chincha. If it's far from the Plaza de Armas, but in a car you don't feel the distance. The place is quite peaceful and one can relax and spend time with friends without any problem. Pets have fun on site, too.

The stay in the house was nice, very comfortable and quiet, the managers were very kind in welcoming us and helping us with some things we were missing. As for communication with Mario, it was always fluid and he helped a lot with videos of how to get there. I would recommend it 100%. One aspect to improve could be to include sheets and blankets, but otherwise everything was very good.

Sol and Miguel's house is just as it appears in the photos, we spent a few wonderful days and we felt right at home enjoying a wonderful ocean view. Sol is an excellent host, at all times she was very concerned about our arrival and to make our stay very pleasant. In short, the days at Sol and Miguel's house have been an unforgettable experience. I loved staying at home, good view Chincha, met all my expectations. A super nice beach, the comfortable and complete house with a good view. I'd most most most stay there again. Stephany is an excellent host who is always friendly , attentive to whatever you need.

This is the second time we've rented this house. I love the atmosphere of both the sea and the countryside. With hiking trails, the beach and nature that gives a lot of peace. The architecture and decor of the house are inspiring. The sheets are impeccably ironed, like a hotel. The kitchen equipped with everything you need and quality touches made me feel right at home. Decorated with a lot of love and impeccable taste. We lit the fireplace with wood in the evening in the TV room, deli. I will definitely be back.

We loved the place, just like the photos, easy access, away from all the bustle, the spectacular weather that made the pool enjoy it until the night. The only bad thing we finished the water in the cistern and ran out of water the next day. I'd be back anytime anyways

Elsa was very kind, she was always attentive, the place was very nice, spacious, comfortable and roomy, I would definitely stay with her again, my family was very comfortable and so was I, excellent place, it had everything and we were able to enjoy our stay
