It was a really nice house, although it was a really long walk from the main entrance of the condominium to the actual house, if you are walking and with bags it is a little bit long

Perfect stay in the middle of antigua. It has the club right across the street, so it can be a bit loud until 1am. But just go visit the club for a bit you are on vacation!

Very comfortable and spotless accommodation. I was already 2 times and we always felt right at home.

I loved staying in this house, which was spacious enough for our family. We arrived in 5 cars and they all fit inside the property. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The location was very peaceful, but very close walking to amazing restaurants, coffee shops and just a couple of blocks to the hub of Antigua. The roof deck had incredible views of the volcanoes.

Location was just perfect. Walking distance to park and many restaurants and shops. Host was incredibly attentive and helped arrange transportation to and from airport. House is very cute and You can see Agua from roof top patio if it’s clear. There were times that the bedroom bathroom lost hot water quickly but this is a town wide issue and common. I would definitely stay here again!

This place is such a gem. The house is beautiful and clean. The views are unmatched, absolutely breathtaking. We rented this Airbnb and our extended family rented the neighboring one, with others staying at the resort across the street. The cherry on top was all the concierge services (add-on costs) like breakfast, transportation, etc. that were smealessly arranged, taking the pressure off logistics. The concierge, Daniel, was amazing, so responsive, always helpful. We cannot recommend this place more highly.

I rented the Jade Apartment for the month of April, 2025, with the primary purpose of doing Santa Semana. I came to Guatemala 4 years prior for the same purpose, but the COVID pandemic caused the cancellation of the event. The 3-bedroom apartment's central location was ideal for taking in the week-long festivities. The street access to the property is approximately 50 meters from the famous Antigua Arco, the area of which remained active at most hours. However, notwithstanding being steps away from the heart of public celebration, Jade Apartments is set back, near the center of the block, behind a commercial structure, insulating it from the din of 5a Avenida's Norte's street-life. The on-site manager, Giancarlo, is wonderful host. His modest staff does a great job without being intrusive. Special bonus: (unique in my experience among AirB&B's) tasty Guatemalan coffee is on the house.

We really enjoyed our stay in Antigua, the Orotava villas are super nice with a lot of maintenance, the gardens are beautiful.

Everything was great during the stay, the studio was very comfortable. Only the location is a little further away than I thought, not recommended for a single woman at night. It's best to travel during the day. It's on the street and there are some noises or conversations that feel like they're right next to you. This was clarified in the listing anyway. It would be nice to add an extra blanket or comforter.

It was an excellent stay! The place is quiet and without a lot of noise as it is not inside the main town helmet, without being very far from the center, only 7 min walk from the handicrafts market and 15-20 from the central park. In addition, the attention to detail in the apartment is incredible! A bottle of wine to welcome us, firewood in the fireplaces, lights adorning the patio and the equipped kitchen with everything you need (including a good coffee). We only stayed 2 adults and the space was ideal for a couple, I consider that 2 other people would fit since they have an extra bed, only a little tighter. The photos on the listing are accurate, with stained glass windows and attention to improve the experience. The attention was friendly and fast but not very flexible, which is understood by the care they give to the place, only would not be the option if they are looking for a different check-in/out than the listing. All and all, would always come back, a unique experience:)

Great place! I stay here every time I visit Antigua if I can. It is safe and centrally located next to one of the most popular tourist attractions in Antigua. Gilda is very helpful and responsive. The decor is very welcoming, with lots of Guatemalan artisanal handcrafts. It's a spacious apartment, with a living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, two bathrooms, laundry and front and rear balconies. There's a washer and dryer, which is very convenient and not typical. For me, the main disadvantage is that the doorways are a bit low. I'm 6'2". Usually I remember to duck, but I tend to bump my head about once a week during my stays here. The windows do a very good job of blocking sound, but it's a popular, busy street and if you're sensitive to noise, it could be a problem. (But the noise doesn't bother me.) Sleeping accommodations are limited -- two people could sleep in the big bed in the bedroom and one could sleep on the single bed in the living room.

If you want stunning views, and some peaceful surroundings, stay here! You can see Volcán de Auga, Fuego and Acatenango! I had just hiked Acatenango and chose this place to relax mainly. At night you can see the lava on Fuego, it's amazing! The bed was comfortable, nice bathroom and kitchen. Gorgeous pool, again facing the most incredible view. It is a bit remote, but if you have a car, then you're fine, otherwise they can arrange Jose or Israel to get you to town or the airport. There are a few restaurants that you can walk to as well. I felt totally safe there travelling as a solo female, and the locals I passed by on my walks were so lovely. Overall such a beautiful relaxing place to stay. The hosts were great and responded quickly and arranged my transfers.

An excellent place !! Silvia's place is an excellent place, the condominium is very safe, very quiet, beautiful and cozy. You have to be clear that it is not directly in Antigua Guatemala, however it is about 10-15 minutes from the center of Antigua and Uber arrives very quickly. The house is very nice, cozy, it makes you feel at home, the rooms are nice, the bathrooms are clean and it has everything for you to cook, which was very helpful. There is a shopping plaza 1 km away that has everything you need. The pool area is quite comfortable to have a good time with the family and its terrace is amazing for something more private with your companions. I loved the house, I would definitely stay there again.

A wonderful stay! We stayed from April 11 to 14 and were delighted with everything. The place is beautiful, quiet and perfect for rest. The cleanliness, comfort and every detail well taken care of made us feel at home. Host was very kind and helpful at all times. Definitely a place we gladly recommend and hope to return to. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

The condo is amazing, beautiful surroundings, in front of the pool and about a 5 minute walk to the entrance to Antigua. Check in was easy, the unit was just right for 3 of us and the WiFi was extremely reliable and fast. After sightseeing all day in Antigua it was really nice to come home and jump in the pool or have dinner in one of the outside tables. Deann was an amazing host, always quick in answering any questions, friendly and very proactive in sending information about events in the area, places to eat, spas, etc. It was truly a pleasure staying at Deann's condo, we were sad to leave but are looking forward to staying here again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay at Maria's place! The apartment was the perfect size for two people and the neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful. We we're able to walk to several local restaurants. Check-in was easy and we had no trouble accessing the property.
